Spectacular one story, 3 bedroom house with everything you could need, located in a quiet neighborhood, with walking trails, pond, and tennis courts. You are minutes from the expressway as well as all the Ballantyne shopping and restaurants. You really are a $5 Uber ride to everything. My number one goal is to make sure that you can have the best possible stay you can have!

Fully fenced in backyard - Pets are Welcomed! ($50 fee per pet per stay)

-Chill Out or Cool Down in Our Cowboy Plunge Pool!
Take a dip in our 2-foot deep soaking pool—perfect for a refreshing splash on hot days or an ice bath if you're feeling brave! It's open year-round for whenever the mood strikes. **Please cover when not in use for safety. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times around the pool.**

-3 minutes to Ballantyne
-5 minutes to Pineville
-15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement Park
-15 minutes to Premium Outlet Mall
-25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte (home of the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Hornets)
-Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs)

Area:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and a pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view.

Getting around:
You have a driveway so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 - 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to Uptown Charlotte, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena.

My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. Ask for any recommendations! I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte!

I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.

The house was perfect - location was close to all our needs. Very dog friendly neighborhood with a nice walking park around the block. Used the grill and backyard daily. We did not use the plunge pool but it looked nice. Thank you. Till next time!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean and loved that they took all the carpet out of the bedrooms. Supplies were plentiful. Didn't lack for anything. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Will stay again!

Fantastic stay here. Came into town to do wedding dress shopping with my daughter, family and friends. Everything about our stay here was perfect. Location, space, cleanliness and most of all, the owners. Rob and Heather are truly amazing hosts and people. We had a small situation that’s turned out to be nothing but they addressed it immediately and left us a special something to apologize for any inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this place. We will be back!

The house is perfectly as described. The couches have been upgraded to reclining ones. We love those! The backyard is kept neat and tidy, and inside is immaculate. The neighborhood is so quiet on a weekday night you can hear the crickets chirping, despite being clearly in a suburb.The house is close to several really good restaurants. In particular, we loved Bibim, the Korean restaurant. Our dogs made themselves at home, and because it is so quiet in the neighborhood, they didn’t feel compelled to bark at all.The check-in and checkout rules are extremely minimal, which I also appreciate. The host were easy to contact and thorough with their instructions.The kids and I did get to try out the plunge pool. What a blast! For such a tiny pool, it is so much fun. We mostly made little whirlpools and then let the water take us round and round. It is chlorinated and clean.Overall, this was a wonderful day!

The pictures do not do this home justice. We were very pleasantly surprised with how warm and welcoming this home made us feel. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do. And the owners were very easy to deal with.

Absolutely wonderful couple

We had a blast! It was just my wife and I so we closed the guest bedroom doors so our dogs wouldn’t go in them but the property was very clean and we were given plenty of supplies, pool was amazing and there was beautiful back yard for us to hang out in and with our dogs. No bugs or critters inside the house. We did have an issue where a combination of our pups and the neighbors dog were playing along the fence which disturbed a yellow jacket nest. By the time we left and came back from the vet, this amazing couple came by and took out the nest and remaining yellow jackets for our safety. On top of that, they gave us suggestions for coffee which we loved and went every morning including on the way out!I hope we have the opportunity to come back in the future!

Love this place!

Everything about this house was perfect! It was spotless, has wonderful beds and linens, a fully stocked kitchen, amazing living room and more. The back yard is delightful with a table propane fireplace and a plunge pool. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Home away from home

This home was perfect for our stay in the Charlotte area. It is clean and quiet. We enjoyed drinking coffee each morning listening to the birds in the backyard. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, medical and major roads. The homeowners have upgraded both sofas in the living room to recliners which was awesome to kick back in after a long day. Despite the home being pet friendly there was no hair, stains or odors present. Communication with the owners was always quick and helpful. The thermostat is easy to use and the hvac system is very efficient and quiet with no odors. The beds are very nice, everyone in the party slept very well. Overall AWe will definitely stay again for future visits to the Charlotte area.

Great location

Nicely furnished and very clean. In the heart of Ballantine, so close to restaurants and shopping. Cute neighborhood suitable for a long walks with our Lhasa Poo. Hosts left a welcome gift of fresh baked goods from a nearby bakery (Sunflour Baking Co). They paid attention to the big and little things.

Exactly What we Needed.

Exactly what we needed for a short trip to visit family. Kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Waters and snacks were nice. Backyard was nice for the dogs. Will definitely return if it fits our grups.

Great place and location

We had a great stay with everything we needed and more. We brought 2 sweet dogs who settled right in and felt at home. So thankful for the comfy beds, fenced yard, and all the little welcome treats! Lovely quiet neighborhood, too!

Weekend in Charlotte

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and cozy for married couple with teenager and two golden doodles. Ample parking and fenced backyard. Great communication with owner and no issues checking in. Would definitely stay again.
