I won’t return.
The Property Manager was not very responsive. I knew our flight would arrived earlier than expected so I reached out to Collins two days prior to request for an early checkin if possible. He responded a day or so later with the checkin policy of 4pm and allowing the cleaners 3-4hrs to clean the property prior to my arrival but if they finished up early he would let me know. I understood the policy and appreciated him agreeing to let me know. The day of arrival I contacted Collins again to see if there was an update on getting in the house early. No response. I then went by the house and saw that no one was there. No cleaners onsite so I figured they had cleaned and gone. So I reached out again for an update. No response. At exactly the time of checkin was when I got the code to the house. No apologies no communication other than what seemed to be an automated process that was setup to email me at 4pm to send the code. Usually when I rent houses the property manager reaches out to make sure everything is ok with the house. We did not receive anything. The house was ok for the most part. There were no curtains on the windows of the front and back door. We put sheets up to cover them. The backyard was hideous. Trashed. Old mirrors leaning up against the fence. The couch outside was torn to pieces because of the stray cats on property. Trampoline looked unsafe for kids. Pool table not playable because of its location. Ceiling fan had no bulbs. I won’t return.
