Christmas weekend

Quiet neighborhood in a convenient location- I stayed with my family that includes 2 dogs. Yard was small with privacy fence but nice area to walk with sidewalks. Plenty of room for our family of 4. It is on a corner of a semi- busy street so some traffic noise.

GOTCHA

When trying to make money, impotant things are sometimes left out of property descriptions. The unit sits on a corner and you can hear traffic going by night and day. It is so LOUD. Hard to work. Hard to sleep. Drafty, cold in the downstairs area and I know how to work a thermostat.

Nice home, missing needed items.

When I first arrived at the home, I wasn’t overly impressed. The yard looked like it hadn’t been cut, edged, or trimmed in over a month. The trash cans in the back patio were full and had not been emptied. Within an hour of being there, the bathroom door in the master bathroom had came off due to a bent runner. I did communicate this with the property owner, they were quick to respond and easy to talk to. Overall the inside was very nice and clean; there was no complimentary water in the fridge or laundry detergent as stated in the online listing. We had to purchase our own water and laundry detergent. The home also did not have any trash bags for us to put our trash in. Nice home, comfortable stay, but missing several things that were needed.

We are so excited to host you during your stay! We've done a lot of traveling around the U.S. as a family and we know what things are great to have when traveling with kids. We love the experience of being able to stay in a full sized home with all the amenities of a home that a hotel can't provide. We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our properties and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests.

We obsess over every detail and have an incredible team to ensure our properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard prior to your visit. Our guests book with us for a reason, and we'd love to host you for you to find out why.

Currently we are helping homeowners from around the area manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Home Suite Stays. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for our partners and investors is just a small part of what we do.

If you like the idea of short term rentals, but simply don't want to handle the day to day management of dealing with guests, coordinating maid staff and maintenance, managing your calendar, and marketing your property to earn the highest nightly rates possible, feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to have a complimentary consultation with you and see if we are a good fit for your needs.
