ABOUT THE HOME: May the next path you take, lead you to Pappou's Paradise. This cozy coastal home, with private pool and backyard, is nestled in the Blue Mountain Beach community and just a block from the sugar sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. Beautifully designed and decorated, this home has the open concept feel but with pockets of places to escape and relax. It's perfect for a large multi-generational family that wants to experience 30A and all its beauty. You may want to linger on the front porch, taking in the beautiful garden yard and the summer breezes, but I assure you, to go inside - it will be worth it.

ABOUT THE AREA: This vacation oasis is the perfect spot to take advantage of all of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment that 30A has to offer. Conveniently located off of Gulfview Heights Street, Pappou's Paradise provides easy access to both 30A and 98. It's the perfect blend of privacy while still in close proximity to all that 30A has to offer.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is a short walk (1700 ft) to Gulfview Heights Beach Access, 186 Gulfveiw Heights St, Santa Rosa Beach, FL. There is parking, picnic tables, shelters and lifeguards during the season.

• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
