Pool Heat is optional at $35 per day (tax included) and will only be turned on if you requested in advance and prepaid the pool heating fee.

*Outside contractors clean and maintain our pool and landscaping. Authorized personnel will use the gate to enter the backyard and carry out their tasks, so don't be alarmed to see people at work during your stay. Due to the nature of their work, we are unable to predict the precise date and time of their arrival. We appreciate your understanding and patience in advance.
We will be available for you throughout the duration of your stay. Please feel free to message us with any concerns through the airbnb (or other booking service) application!
The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. Please be mindful of the neighbors, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM.
You have full access to the entire house and backyard.

There are 3 bedrooms total; bedroom #1 is a spacious primary suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a private entrance to the backyard, bedroom #2 has a full-size bed and large closet, bedroom #3 includes two twin-size beds and a large closet, both bedrooms 2+3 share a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.
