Whether you’re on vacation or on the job, this property is perfect for a small family or party. This Lake House on Seminole is a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom renovated home that accommodates up to 10. The open floor plan leads you through a spacious living room and into a fully remodeled kitchen, then dining room. An over-sized granite island separates the living room from the kitchen, which is well equipped with everything you'll need. The living area feels like home so kick your feet up and relax on the spacious main living room, or even the second living room space and watch a movie on the big flat screen TV. As you head out to the backyard, that's when you know your vacation has begun!!! The brand-new beautiful heated saltwater pool is surrounded by stone pavers, artificial turf, and palm trees. It even has a bond-fire pit for those evening smores with the kiddos. Sun loungers and pool toys are included!!!
Kitchen: The kitchen has an oversized granite island with 4 bar stools. Stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove/oven with hood system, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, and tea kettle. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: The dining room features a standard dining table for 8, with two additional stools.
Living Room: The living area hosts a comfortable fabric sofa and loveseat, a coffee table along with end tables, and a large flatscreen TV.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, TV, bedside tables, ceiling fans, a floor fan, tall office desk with two stools, to chairs, an area rug, full-length mirror, large walk-in closet, steam iron, ironing table, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Large walk-in shower room, his & hers sink/counter, and hair dryer. No tub.
Bathroom #2: Recently remodeled walk-in shower, combination and a single vanity.
Bedroom #3: 2 Full-sized beds, a shared nightstand, a ceiling fan, closet, and a full-length mirror.
Bedroom #4/Living Room 2 combo: Pull out chaise sofa that converts to a full-sized sleep area for two, flatscreen TV, TV stand, coffee table, closet, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom #3, and door leading out to the laundry room. Bathroom #3: Standing shower, combination single vanity.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, tankless water heater, 4 folding chairs, fishing rods, garage bay door leading out to patio and back yard.
Outdoors: The backyard pool area has an outdoor table with removable umbrella, 2 sun loungers, 3 plastic loungers, a fire pit, a gas grill, and many pool toys! The pool is heated (included with booking) and surrounded by earthy tones of patio pavers. The pool is equipped with a safety sound alarm. Behind the property is a shallow canal the leads to Lake Seminole. Fishing is allowed and guests must abide by Florida Fish and Wildlife licensing requirement. There are alligators in the lake and the canal. Please DO NOT feed any wildlife. --
Important Information
House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. Although equipped with a safety alarm, adults must always supervise children around the pool area. 5. Adhere to the local noise ordinances. 6. Adhere to local fire and burning ordinances implemented by Pinellas County for date range of reservation.
Toiletries: Complimentary starter packs of dishwasher pods (2), laundry pods (2) and dishwashing soap (1-8oz bottle) are provided. Guests should bring their own toiletries, additional dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, hand soap for every sink, 2 complimentary 13-gallon trash bags, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We provide a total of 10 bath towels, and 6 hand towels for guests’ use. For guest convenience, we also provide 4 beach towels. All linens are provided. Face towels not provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85-90 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to the desired temperature. Two days’ notice must be made to preheat the pool.
Parking: This property provides up to 4 parking spaces in the driveway for standard size vehicles. Parking in the street or grass is not permitted.

The property is minutes away from many beaches: Madeira, Redington, Treasure Island, St. Pete, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks, Fort DeSoto, and of course Clearwater Beach Pier 60. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, St. Pete Pier, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training. Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
Quiet location. House is undergoing some backyard renovations. House has been updated. Owner was very responsive to all our communication when we had issues with the front door lock and the workers working in the backyard until after 9p
Our door did not lock. Contacted the owner and they tried to fix it. We were told to use the fence in back and that was hard cause there was a lock on it. The backyard pictures were nothing like the pictures online. We were looking forward to sitting out by the firepit and canal. The house inside was nice and clean. Very welcoming!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and very close to several beaches. The communication with the owner was excellent. He responded almost immediately every single time I messaged.
The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The house had very nice amenities, comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen.Unfortunately, we were informed the day we arrived that the back yard and all the things pictured on the VRBO site - chairs overlooking the canal, outdoor grill, table and chairs - would be unavailable to us due to renovations to the backyard. After receiving our complaints and disappointment the host postponed the major construction piece - jackhammering the concrete patio - until we checked out. Still, the backyard and its amenities, a reason we chose this house, were unusable while we were there.
Host was very attentive. The house was not as depicted on the website. The back yard was totally unusable with plastic fencing and the water view depicted in the picture was not there. Inside of the house was dirty and one of the bathrooms was not working properly. Hard to get hot water in the back bedroom. The house had ants and a paper bug catcher in the living room where a child or pet could get to it. I would never rent this house again
Hi Regina. Thank you for your feedback as it is important that we know how we can improve. However, to fair, we did note in our listing that the pool area was being renovated and not accessible. Guests are still able to access the canal and firepit. We are unsure what you by plastic fencing as the property is surrounded by metal wire fence. If there were any issues with the interior, whether it be a dirty spot or bugs, if you had notified us we would have gladly sent someone to the the property to have it resolved. Hot water has never been a problem as the property is equipped with an electric tankless heater. Again, if this was an issue, we would have glad helped to resolve quickly and amicably had it been reported to us. We have vendors perform regularly scheduled services to mitigate any pest issues. Still we thank you for the feedback and our goal is is provide the best service possible for our guests.
