Mi Casa Su Casa, Vacation on the beach!

Summary:
¡Bienvenido! Mi Casa Tu Casa is our family condo on the beach at Bosque Del Mar! A 2b/2b on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the unit comes with a fully furnished balcony and the morning sunlight :) The complex is like a resort with a pool, kiddie pool, basketball & tennis courts, and direct access to the private sandy beach! Every guest who stays with us is guaranteed relaxation and plenty of fun!

The Space:
A signed rental agreement will be required in order to check-in!

As mentioned, the unit is a 3rd floor unit. Please note there is no elevator. The family rental is our large 2 bed, 2 bath private condo just off the beautiful sandy beach of Rio Grande! Right off of the entrance is the open kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker (with complimentary coffee), and all the necessary kitchen & cooking supplies! Enjoy your breakfast at the raised breakfast bar while the morning sunlight pours in from the balcony windows behind you!

To the left of the kitchen is the 4-seater dining room table, perfect for family dinner! This leads into the large, carefully designed family room. The living area has a gigantic, soft couch (great for an additional guest), several cushioned lounge chairs, a 50-inch Smart TV, and enough beautiful artwork to make the curator of the Louvre jealous! But you wont be looking at that, you'll be distracted by the gorgeous views from your private, furnished balcony overlooking to lagoon pool and the sea off in the distance! And no worries, since you're on the 3rd floor you'll be able to enjoy your morning coffee or 5 o'clock cocktails in peace with only the sound of the crashing waves in the background!

There are two bedrooms, both with their own private bathrooms. The guest bedroom has two twin beds (perfect for the kids), its own air conditioning unit, and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom was designed with a beautiful, white vanity and a huge shower & tub. The bathroom is always stocked with a surplus of towels, hand towels, hand soaps, and bath soaps all complimentary!

The Grand Master Bedroom has a luxury Queen Bed, artwork, a flat screen TV, an extra dresser and closet space, and its own sun-filled views! And as if it couldn't get any better, the suite has its own connected two-part master bath with an outside sink & 3-door vanity, and then its own shower & tub and even a bidet!

Before every stay the unit receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING that has been even more enhanced over the past years. Every sheet and towel is washed and replaced, the kitchen is re-stocked and wiped down, the floors are vacuumed & swiffered, and every inch of the bathroom is sanitized!

Complimentary FREE wi-fi and FREE parking is provided as well. The complex has 24-hour security and restricted access to ensure the safety of our guests! All beach supplies are provided along with tennis rackets, a basketball, and kitchen supplies!

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.

As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.

Please note - there is a washer and a dryer but the dryer is NOT working. The washer works but you'll have to air dry. Also, there are AC units in the bedrooms. They're window units. We do not have AC in the living area of the apartment.

Our guests have access to every part of the complex and its amenities for no additional cost! This includes:

The Neighborhood:
Beautiful Complex right on the beach! A great location for family vacations, tourists, college getaways, etc. Near all the bars, restaurants, golf courses, and so much more!

Getting Around:
Any relaxation & resort amenity is within walk distance. Some of the bars & restaurants are as well, and everything else is within 30 minutes (most 5-10 minutes)!

There is PLENTY to do at the complex itself, but should you ever decide to checkout Rio Grande these is no shortage of sights to see or restaurants to visit!
