Bienvenue à Playa Azul 3 notre maison loin de chez vous! Ce penthouse avec vue sur la mer, décoré avec modestie, est situé à quelques pas de la plage de Luquillo, dans une communauté fermée 24h / 24. Les vues sur l'océan sont visibles depuis toutes les fenêtres! Supermarché dans la rue pour votre commodité. Les installations incluent une piscine (actuellement fermée), un court de tennis (actuellement fermé), un terrain de padel, un terrain de basket-ball et une salle communautaire pouvant accueillir les services du dimanche, si vous êtes intéressé. S'il vous plaît noter qu'il n'y a pas de WiFi à cet endroit et pas de location mensuelle. Venez dans les Caraïbes et profitez-en!

Senior Trip Puerto Rico

We had a wonderful stay! Our view was gorgeous and our hosts Miriam and her husband were the most helpful with everything from recommendations on restaurants to excursions-the nicest people!!!If we go back to Puerto Rico would definitely stay there again!!!

Excellent communication

Miriam was so easy to work with! When the power went out in PR she was very communicative and thoughtful. Her condo is in a great location if you’re planning to explore. 10 minutes to El Yunque, 45 minutes into Old San Juan. Lots of great restaurants down the street and 15 mins from Ceiba ferry.

Perfect location and very comfortable

This place was fabulous! The host was super helpful and responsive. Right on the beach with a great view and the beach feels like your private beach in paradise!! We absolutely loved our stay!!!!!

Beautiful View

You won't regret booking this penthouse. Everything you need to feel at home is here. It was so nice to have brand new bathrooms and a brand new kitchen during our stay. My family has stayed here many times and we will keep coming back any time we are in Luquillo. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this place never disappoints in that category. We always travel with our 11 year old son and he loves bird watching, the pool, the access to the beach, the basketball and tennis courts, and everything else that they have to do here. You don't even need to leave the grounds to have a vacation in itself. I also love the added security at the front locked gate and front desk of the building. The view from the penthouse is indescribable, every time we come back it seems like it gets better each time. My most favorite place on the property is the balcony. I love sitting there having coffee or a meal while enjoying the view of the beach or the mountains while listening to the waves!! The sunset is always beautiful, too. I can't wait to book this place again for our next vacation!

Wicked Awesome

This was a perfect location to all the activities and more that we had planned for our vacation. The actual space was perfect for cooking in and eating out...all the amenities of home, clean and tidy. Miriam was incredibly kind, responsive and informative.

Winter Escape

We had a lovely relaxing vacation from winter at the beautiful Playa Azul!l penthouse apartment! The accommodation had everything we needed to enjoy all the amenities and views of Playa Azul. We got plenty of exercise on our daily walks along the beautiful beaches of Luquillo. Host were quick to respond and to assist with all our needs. I look forward to another winter break!

Perfect Location

This condo was a perfect location for us. We stayed two weeks and didn't have a car. Everything we wanted was within walking distance: grocery, drug store, American fast food, and Puerto Rican restaurants. Every day we spent time at the beach...sand and palm trees. We ate on the balcony and watched the waves. The condo is well stocked with beach gear. Miriam was the perfect host, although we didn't need anything! We certainly hope to return. Thank you, Miriam!

Pictures can be deceiving on the area where this is located.

We had a some things that happened while we were there but the owners were very quick to respond. There is some renovations going on in this building so hopefully things will improve for them. Remember this is not San Juan but a community outside of there about 1 hour away.

Really is a home away from home

The place was so close to the beach and pool both accessible until 7 pm from a private gate. The apartment was so warm and welcoming. The sunrise and sunset were a thing of beauty right from your balcony. Every town was pretty accessible from we were. The amount of beauty and nature that surround you daily is truly amazing. My host was wonderful, great communication. Hopefully do this again soon

Great location!

I love this side of the island. Luquillo Beach is my favorite and this was central to other hot tourists sites like El Yunque, Old San Juan and more. The host was very easy to get a hold of, helpful and responsive. Would stay again.

No power/water

While the owner was friendly and understanding and offered a partial refund the first night hoping power would return, we were unable to stay at the property for the duration of our trip to PR and had to make alternate arrangements. We have a 17month old and didn't have the luxury of waiting to see if power/water would return. The property mgmt also didn't seem to communicate with the owner when power did return on Sunday or throughout process. At this point, as we left the property Thursday morning we don't feel the owner should make profit on this trip given we weren't able to stay there. We're happy to cover cleaning/re rental costs but a further refund should've been offered. Also have ur cleaning team check ur air-conditioners filters and fans from time to time, they were covered in an inch of dirt/dust - we cleaned them for you upon check in.

Sisters getaway

This is my second time staying at Miriam’s property. It is simply perfect and my sisters and I had a wonderful relaxing much needed vacation. Location is great, apt has two bedrooms, 2 baths, and everything in between. Leaky mornings and evenings and the balcony with spectacular view and easy access to the beach. Linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, full kitchen, games, and the right amount of relaxing space. Additionally, Miriam is an excellent communicator and makes everything really easy. I’m sorry to leave but I will be back.

Beautiful view

The condo was extremely well supplied with basics plus things like detergent, some refreshments, a bottle of wine, and too many other staples too numerous to mention. The hosts were available with prompt answers. The location was superb, furniture was comfortable, and the views gorgeous. and within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, etc. What’s there not to like? We would come back and stay again without questions.

Nice Condo with a great view

The unit itself was comfortable and had an amazing view. The host was also super nice and responsive when we had questions. However it appears that Azul buildings are not well maintained, maybe from the hurricane a couple years ago. The pool appeared to have been redone but there was only 6 plastic lounge chairs and the pool area was pretty dirty. Tennis courts were in no condition to be used. Ultimately we decided to leave the unit two nights early to stay elsewhere on the island.

Can’t wait to come back

Our family had an amazing vacation. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. As a family with young kids we appreciated that there was a boogie board, sand toys, beach chairs and a cooler that we could borrow. The kitchen was well equipped and renovated, as were the bathrooms. Miriam was super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Outstanding Condo in Luquillo!!

This property has recently been renovated, and the renovations are beautiful! It has everything you need for a week, the kitchen has most tools, and there is even a full washer and dryer. Excellent place!

This location is ideal! It's steps to the beach, 24 hour security, It is 5 minutes from the great food at the Kiosks, 15 minutes from the rain forest (El Yunque), and 20 minutes from Fajardo where you can enjoy fine dining and shopping, 40 minutes form Old San Juan with its historical sights and plenty of wine, dine and shopping. Also, near to Kayaking, jet skiing, zip lining and horseback riding.

What makes this place special is the fantastic view and sounds of the ocean. Night or day it provides you with a peaceful environment that can melt your stress away. Just sit on the balcony and your breath will be taken by the excellent water views.
