Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with 4 beds and a private pool within 5 minutes of the beach! This updated home not only ensures you have a super comfy place to stay during your Pensacola adventures but also spoils you with your own private salt water pool to relax in! The house boasts a covered patio off the back of the house with a bar, TV and BBQ for additional outdoor fun. Average pool temp in winter months 78-84 degrees. In abnormally cold weeks, the pool temp may be a lower.

This charming open floor plan home has all new carpet in the bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom with en suite bath, and two additional bedrooms with shared bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV. Guests will have access to the in house laundry room complete with iron and ironing board. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to prepare your own meals. The dining area has a long solid wood table with benches to ensure there is plenty of room for all your family. The 4th bed is a very nice new queen size self inflating/deflating rollaway air bed. This is stored in a hard case in the Master Bedroom Closet along with bedding for the bed. There is plenty of space in the living room for this bed but could be moved where ever you wanted to put it since it is on wheels.

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

To enjoy all Pensacola has to offer, you'll want to rent a car. Parking is made easy at out house; there are two parking spaces for guests in front of the garage.

Guests will want to have a car to ensure they can fully experience all Pensacola and the beach have to offer.

- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you borrow it, return it.
- If you break it, fix it.
- If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done.
- If you use it, take care of it.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.
