I Wish I could Give a Better Review
This property evidently once was nice. Unfortunately it is nothing like the photos or listing description. The front light is broken and landscaping unkept. All three window blinds downstairs have multiple broken slats. The TV cabinet is short two glass panes. Cobwebs hang from the ceiling. The built-in microwave doesn’t work but remains in place. An old microwave is on the counter—taking up most of the available kitchen workspace. There is no plug in either sink drain. The gaskets of the dishwasher are moldy. The under sink cabinet is filthy. There aren’t even 4 full sets of silverware. There is only one small sauce pan and 2-3 fry pans. The outdoor patio carpet is filthy, probably because the backyard is primarily dirt which becomes mud when it rains. The fire pit is rusted with a broken top. The back yard light is also broken. The stairs and bedrooms are covered with stained, crushed and generally dirty carpet. The shower drain was clogged and required us plunging it to prevent it overflowing. There are no towel bars or places to keep your necessaries in the bathroom. The deck off the back is a mess and the canvas chairs need replacing. Don’t even open the furnace door—it’s filthy in there. This property needs more than “a little TLC!”
