Thank you for your detailed feedback we truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We’re glad we were able to respond quickly during your stay and provide partial refunds, but we understand how these issues impacted your experience. To clarify, the ceiling had already been scheduled for repair prior to your arrival and has since been fully addressed. Everything is now in great condition. The rug and couch were unfortunately affected by the previous guest just before your stay, and while we acted as quickly as possible, they had not yet been professionally treated at that time. Both have now been fully cleaned and restored. We also take concerns like the noise you experienced very seriously and have since had the property inspected to ensure everything is secure and guest-ready. Nothing was found during inspection. We always aim to provide a space that matches expectations, and we regret that you feel we fell short during your stay. Professional photography was just done for the upgrades. Your feedback directly helped us correct these items right away, and we appreciate that.

Based on your input, we’re already making several updates: the back patio area is being completely remodeled, with new outdoor furniture, improved landscaping, and a refreshed seating area. Inside, we’re adding additional mirrors and closet storage solutions, and addressing minor maintenance items like door seals and dryer venting. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and well-maintained space for every guest, and feedback like yours plays an important role in helping us reach that goal.
