Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, and an air of welcome throughout the place. A wall-mounted TV is in the living area, perfect for movie nights! Prepare grand meals and on-the-go beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, while holding great conversation in the adjacent dining and living areas. Serve margaritas to your friends using the blender, and watch the spectacular sunset out on the private patio. With comfortable beds and wall-mounted TVs in each bedroom, you'll get lots of relaxation in from the day's activities. Don't forget to wash off the sand and sunscreen in the roomy shower.

Unclean

I rented this for my 50th birthday and had friends come from PA. We walk in and the smell smacked you in the face. As we continue walking around, there were at least 8 to 10 dead bugs all over the floor. The main lobby will do nothing to help because it is privately owned. We went with out someone coming to clean after numerous phone calls. The one bedroom the AC unit is very noisy and was blowing hot air. No maintenance manager or property manager never contacted me. The area is great and but the state of the rental from the private owner was unavailable to help. We had unwanted guests the whole weekend and there was no cleaning supplies like dish detergent or even toilet paper. Would not recommend !!!

Disappointing accomodations

First we had rented another place but 6 days before our trip we were told the Carolinian Beach Resort 0832, will not be available due to maintenance issues with home. This was a high end facility with lots of amenities and we were very disappointed. We were given multiple options but we wanted to be on the beach in Myrtle Beach so those options were slim. We were also told if our choice cost more we would be given the higher cost accommodations with no cost to us and since our choice wasn't because none were higher than what we paid we were given a prompt refund. The biggest complaint was the pictures showed a water park as part of the amenities but that was only for "resort" guests and since we weren't we could not use the water park and had to go to an off site location and pay $37 a person but it was a fabulous water park. The listed amenities did not say water park but the pictures provided about the condo did show them so it inferred you could use the water park. That was one reason we chose the optional location. The other major problem was the condo wasn't very clean. The floors were dirty and there was hair in the bathtub. There were stains on one of the bed spreads and box springs. And there was a big cockroach that was living there. The couch was not very comfortable and the TV in the living room was barely audible even at the highest volume. Again our original choice cost $350 more for the 3 nights/4 days and it clearly showed in what we received. There were some positives. The beds were comfortable. The WiFi worked fine. The AC worked and was cold. The beach/ocean were within easy walking distance. Also plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance. The pool was small but usable. The sheets and towels seemed to be clean. My communication with vacasa was professional but when calling sometimes the hold times were extremely long and when I asked questions about the other options the agent just read what was on the website which I was looking at but wanted more detail The last minute change to a non-preferred condo and the less than clean conditions would make me consider not booking with vacasa in the future.
