Head into Lexington for most grocery stores, restaurants & shopping. 20 minutes from HWY I-20. 20 mi from CAE airport. Public Boat Ramp 7 mi.

The Fish Tale Cottage backs up to a wooded area. It is normal to see some wildlife, spiders, beetles, frogs, etc in outdoor spaces.

-Parking is limited to the driveway, which is steep.
-The pool, boat ramp, & boat yard are off limits to short term renters (<30 days)
-All renters must be 25 years old.
-No pets of any kind. Fines will be applied if violated.
-No smoking of any kind. Fines will be applied if violated.
-No parties.
