This is a cozy space to enjoy morning coffee, watch the sunrise/sunset, gather with family and friends, and watch your favorite shows on the 75" Smart TV.

- Home Theater Room: This is a brand new update to the house. Industrial setting with a 120" projector, dimmable theater lighting, reclining leather theater seats, large LoveSac for the cuddle bugs, Roku device, arcade with all of your favorites with over 1500 games, kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and a popcorn station.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Includes coffee bar with Keurig single serve and coffee pot, electric water kettle, wine glasses, bourbon glasses, Ninja blender, instant pot, hand mixer, kids dinnerware, high chair, mixology set, serving bowls and utensils, and more..

- Dining Area: Dining table that seats 8-10 and a modern bar top that seats 6 looking out over Douglas lake and The Smokies. Plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy meals together in the same dining space.

- Wrap-Around Porch: The porch provides the best views - wrapping around both sides and the front of the house offering views overlooking Douglas Lake with a complete backdrop of the Smokies! C) Downstairs:
