The house for the most part was clean and well furnished. There were things under each bed that should have been removed. Such as old water bottles and wrappers from food. There was mold in some of the upstairs bathroom.The pool was green and it was still hot enough that we could have used it. The umbrella was in the pool along with empty chip bags. These are all things that can easily be fixed.The location is just close enough to get to activities yet out of the crowd.

We're glad you enjoyed the home and its convenient location, but we're sorry some areas fell short of expectations, Estona. The items left under the beds, bathroom mold, and condition of the pool are certainly not up to our standards. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention and will be following up with our cleaning and pool maintenance teams to address them. We only wish we'd known about these concerns during your stay so we could have had the opportunity to address them right away. Best location to everything. Great 3 story space for kids and adults. Loved hot tub, grilling and fire pit. Took care of all our needs.

Big place and we had a lot of people. We weren’t tripping over each other and that’s a good thing. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items but the number of trash bags and dish towels was lacking. The door to the patio with the hot tub has an electronic alarm that goes off unless you push the button first (which makes total sense for child safety) but they didn’t install it correctly with a push button on the outside, also. So every time you come back in the alarm goes off. That was annoying. They can fix it if they choose to, however. All in all a nice place, very clean and very spacious. Would recommend

Would stay here again

Had 8 adults and 8 kids ranging from 1-7 years old. This place fit our needs and was a great value. The kids absolutely loved the slide and theatre area. We even noticed they were putting in an outdoor pool that would be a hit for families in the future.

When we arrived the hot tub was brand new and had not been set up yet. Communication with the host was timely and responsive and they got someone out ASAP to set it up, which our hiking legs enjoyed. The kids loved the bunk area, games and theater area. We had multiple families staying together and it was a great set up for all.

The cabin needs a little TLC. Our grandkids loved the game room and slide in the bunk room. The hot tub was a nice addition and maintained a nice temperature.

Beautiful house. We really enjoyed the location because it was so quiet and peaceful. The kids loved the arcade room. Good communication from the management team to correct a few minor issues. Would definitely stay there again.

Our whole family enjoyed the cabin! The kids really liked the game room. We all liked the hot tub. It has a beautiful view. The host communicated well with us and we enjoyed our stay.

Great home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The theater was a great amenity in the evenings, and we loved opening the porch doors in the morning for fresh air.Would be happy to stay again one day. :)

Our family of 15 enjoyed our stay at Mountain Lake Lodge. We had a few minor issues, but I was impressed by how quickly someone was sent out to handle them. The communication with Lynn was also great.

House was in a great location not far at all from the city. Kids enjoyed game rooms, and bunks. We'd stay again.
