*a nice, culturally Hispanic residential neighborhood live around my house. If u need anything, they are helpful. Seasonal POOL ACCESS in community pool a mile away open in June 2024!! Closed only due to unforeseen weather conditions or holidays at Bagdouma Park. NOTE: PLEASE DO VIEW MY 4.86 (out of 5) STAR REVIEW IN THE OTHER ARBNB site we have that brings 76 reviews. A DISGRUNTLED GUEST WAS NOT PLEASED THAT WE HAD NO BBQ WHICH WE NEVER SAID WE DID, AND HE OVERLOADED THE LAUNDRY. It is recommends that YOU BALANCE THE LAUNDRY OUT BY NOT MIXING HEAVY AND LIGHT LAUNDRY TOGETHER. LASTLY, the DESERT ALWAYS HAS constant WINDY DUST, SO WHEN GUESTS EAT OUTSIDE in patio, you have to eat fast. 4 QUEEN SIZE BEDS & big bedrooms. The family will enjoy easy access to everything from this cozy and inviting house. Dining & easy access to all of Coachella Valley from including Indio Polo Field which is 5 miles away, shop in Palm Springs 25 min away, rest and relax within this quaint, culturally Hispanic family neighborhood, while also being in central Coachella has to offer with the casino, golf courses, the popular Joshua Tree. Near Cabazon outlet and Hospitals and plenty of grocery stores around. Have 3 fruit trees in the backyard, grab any fruit for yourself. The back patio has a huge shaded roof to keep your cool during the summer and also has a front patio for your leisure to relax. Come check out this amazingly warm, updated and quiet home. *Dog is allowed at 1 maximum under 25 lbs. each dog ($40 each stay each dog)! Pool is COMMUNITY POOL ONLY during the SUMMER starting in June- August. Entire space is for guests, EXCEPT garage and storage closet. And we will supply a STARTER supply kit of toilet papers, paper towels, Generic shampoos & conditioners, body wash, etc. If you stay LONGER THAN 4 DAYS, depending on your usage, you might need to buy more. We offer discounted nightly rates as a courtesy against the starter supply we provide. thank you!!We have an interior camera that you can unplug once you arrive, so you have more privacy. We also have Minut- just monitors count of people inside home only if above the registered # guests is different from what is submitted. DOG owners, please clean up their feces on our property outside and inside. We allow dogs on our property and that’s your privilege. We have Cleaners to clean interior only and we request that the dogs NOT go on living room furniture and bed comforters, dog owners can bring their pet covers, thank you! Great house for families

Our family had a great experience here. The house was clean, the yard was very large, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Host was very considerate even with little things like making sure the air conditioning was set to a comfortable level prior to our arrival. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the desert!

Just don’t care.

We were disappointed there was no bbq grill. However it didn’t matter because the patio was covered in a quarter inch of dust. The host explained that they don’t clean it because it just gets dirty again. Hmmm?? Could use that logic throughout the property. When it comes to floors they do. Living room carpet was filthy. Only surpassed by the disgusting kitchen carpet. Three pieces of furniture in the living room. A very uncomfortable couch and chair, covered by blankets and a broken wicker chair which was not only uncomfortable but also dangerous. It was a nice match to the broken kitchen chair. There were several items on the property that required attention. It’s not like they were unaware of the problems as they nicely put green tape with warnings on them. The washing machine didn’t work. Again they were aware of it because they said to try it on the express wash. There it would soak and spin. Not an actual wash. In short, the host finds it much easier to make excuses and apologize than to clean properly and repair things.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO parties, lounging, visiting or loud noise that may be disturbing to other residents will be allowed on the outside common areas between the hours of 10pm-8 am. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Neighbors will complain and they have been known to call the police. Any of the house rules that are not in compliance, the guests will forfeit all their rental fee and leave the property at once.

Benefit of FAST WIFI, and Roku TV and large front and back patio to dine! Foosball for your added enjoyment and please pick any of the fruits in our backyard!
