THE SPACE:

Your Florida getaway begins by being welcomed into the spacious great room of this completely remodeled, private pool villa with vaulted ceilings and generous natural light! In this beautifully modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath home you will find granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, luxury tile and stone throughout each bathroom. You'll discover new furnishings in every room including the outdoor covered and screened patio. The villa has large glass doors providing a great view of your private, screened in, back patio and pool with a full sized outdoor dining table, zero gravity hammock and loveseat, all part of the full renovation and just waiting to be enjoyed!

Sleeping areas:
The primary suite is outfitted with a large and luxurious king bed, private workspace, 55" smart TV and oversized spa bath with separate shower and large soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.

Bedroom number 2 includes a queen sized bed, smart TV and designer touches to make you feel right at home.

Our 3rd bedroom is an ode to Mickey that any kid or adult can appreciate. The twin over full bunk beds can easily accommodate multiple children or adults and the large 55" smart TV and lounge chair make this a great room to hang out and watch a late night movie.

The 4th bedroom is bright and airy with two beautiful canopy beds and cheerful colors to evoke a vacation state of mind. If you're looking for entertainment in this room just connect to the night stand - it is a powerful blue tooth speaker and ready to sing you to sleep or get the dance party started!

**All TVs are ROKU Smart TVs which include loads of free content. You can also log into any of your personal streaming services and will be automatically logged out after checkout to ensure the highest level of privacy for you and your guests.

We loved staying here! Elegant and comfortable, and super clean. They thought of everything we might need. Derek and Brandi were wonderful hosts. We definitely enjoyed the private pool, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. A great spot for a Disney vacation! We look forward to returning next year!!!

Our family have enjoyed staying in rentals through VRBO for years. We love coming home to a place that feels like home and finding all those special touches a thoughtful host includes after a long day exploring a new place. This is why we decided to begin hosting guests in 2 homes in places we love to stay - the sunshine and vacation capital of the US, Orlando, Florida, and the year round natural beauty of Mt. Hood, Oregon. Travel is my passion and I hope to be able to help make your travels as amazing as they can be!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose to start renting out a vacation home in Florida after visiting a few times and seeing how much different the experience was having a private home and pool to come home to instead of a hotel. The feeling of relaxing in your private pool after a long day and heading straight into a shower in a spacious bathroom instead of the craziness of going from a crowded hotel pool and then sharing a single hotel bathroom with the whole family was just heaven to us so when we found this place in the middle of a full renovation we knew it was the one!

We also love that we are centrally located to many different attractions in every direction.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

When we began furnishing this space we wanted to make sure that every space had a feeling of relaxation with pops of fun. There are 2 rooms geared towards kids but that any adult can feel comfortable in as well and 2 adult rooms that will feel serene. The primary suite has a great spacious floor plan and the bathroom is very spa like. We have outfitted our kitchen to be able to accommodate anything from the takeout only family to families planning to host a holiday dinner. We have all of the essentials you need as well as some extras like a high powered blender, air fryer, rice cooker, hand mixer, k-cup coffee maker with pods of regular, decaf and tea as well as a French press for those who prefer to bring their own coffee or pick up some at the nearby Publix (less than 5 minutes away).

We love the big trees surrounding our property and the lakes and wildlife in the neighborhood. It feels like a lovely neighborhood vs. some of the sterile neighborhoods without a tree in sight!
