Perfect property for a family vacation!!!!! We will be back.

It is very disappointing when you have saved so much money and put so much time into the perfect Disney vacation for your kids, to have it ruined by misrepresentation.

I have many pictures I would like to post but this feedback site will not allow it.

I will just point out the Pros and Cons and hope no one has the same experience we did.

Cons:

Upon arrival you will be greeted with some rules. Many rules. A couple are, refrain from using a lot of toilet paper and do not put the thermostat below 75. If you do, you are responsible for damages. If these two rules would of been made clear prior to booking, I definitely wouldn't of booked this place. If you cannot properly clean your rear end or put the thermostat lower than 75, the rental property has issues and it need to be addressed. Do not make renters suffer after arriving and reading rule book.

Game room is not cooled. It has a vent but it doesn't blow, just drips water. We left the door open coming from the kitchen trying to cool down the Game room where it was comfortable enough to shoot pool and darts. It didn't work. The main house went up to 78 degrees and we were afraid to turn the thermostat down lower than what the rules stated. Do not plan on using the Game room.

Only 3 wash cloths in a house claiming to sleep 8 comfortably. We had to go buy wash cloths at 9pm so our kids could shower.

GARBAGE EVERYWHERE UPON ARRIVAL! Recycle bin on the east side of house was over flowing with Miller High Life bottles and wine bottles and trash. Garbage strowed throughout yard also.

Attempted to use the grills at the common area since our residence doesn't offer a grill. The common area grills were full of garbage, Wal-Mart bags, beer cans, cigarette butts etc. We wasted our time prepping our meat for the grill. Ended up ordering pizza.

We informed the owners of our issues and concerns before we left and she informed us that we should of contacted Chris "the maintenance man" and he would of resolved our issues. We shouldn't have to spend our vacation with Chris the maintenance man. If we called him Every time we had an issue, he may as well went to Magic kingdom with us.

The owner admits that the pool cue sticks, darts, and wash cloths get broken and stolen all of the time. If they know that this is an issue, there needs to be a walk thru done before renting the property out claiming it is a "Perfect Property".

Lesson learned.

Never again

My family and I enjoyed our six day vacation despite the weather which was mostly rain. My five year old son actually was sad when it was time to go. He said he liked the house and wanted to stay. The house is probably 15min drive, (Interstate 4) give or take with traffic from the Disney parks, which isn't that bad because I felt like I wasn't in that congested environment.

House was clean/spacious/comfortable/and I felt safe with added security system.

The location was conveniently located maybe 5min drive from Dunkin Donuts/gas station/supermarket which i visited quite often. My family and I tried the pizza place called Ducetto. Coming from NY and having what I think is the best pizza, Ducetto wasn't that far off. My kids enjoyed it. I also really liked the supermarket PUBLIX. It was close by and everything was so clean and organized.

Going back to the house, it was nice to be in a kitchen where my whole family can fit and talk to each other. We were able to cook without being in each other's way. The kid's enjoyed playing pool and foozball in the garage. The pool is a good size. We didn't use it because the days that we actually had some sun, we were at Disney. The air conditioning was also at a comfortable setting. Having two bathrooms was a over indulged feature for us as well, as it seems that we may have the same clock to having to use the bathroom for some strange and odd reason. Maybe it's in our DNA. lol. It was nice not having to fight for the bathroom

We also used the wash machine/dryer for our clothes. I fell in love with that as well. It's huge. It was nice to go home with clean clothes. The last thing on your mind when you get home is knowing that when you empty your luggage you have clothes that need to be washed. Also, I really liked that I was able to use one of the home owners strollers for the parks. After paying for parking on top of park tickets for a family for five, I was able to save $ on renting a stroller at the park.

It was nice seeing people walk their dogs and going for jogs and walks in the area.

It was also comforting that I was the owner was accommodating to my my needs and able to communicate with me in a timely manner.

If I had anything negative to say, I would have to say that I would get softer pillows and maybe have some board games would be nice and maybe lose the lizards that I ran into in the back.

I would definitely go back and stay there again for my next visit.

Beautiful home...loved the open concept. Champions Gate is a lovely upper-scale feel area. We did visit Magic Kingdom which was only 20 mins away , traffic wasn't like Toronto traffic!!!!! We all enjoyed the pool , even for late April we were glad to have it heated even though we had sun all day everyday!!!!

Only issue was the built in ice maker - seemed to have built up with ice and did not work. We couldn't find ice cube trays nor a blender so kinda missed my Frozen drinks. Also, coffee maker has seen better days - definitely missed our Keurig so that might be a consideration but just a minor detail.

All in all, we would definitely book with Christine again. She was very quick & efficient with emails , providing details and info making this experience enjoyable . Thanks again Florida ...this was our 3rd trip down so until next time :-)

Villa was lovely. In chronological order,

*booking process and communication with the owner was quick, simple, easy to understand and efficient.

*paying for the villa was simple and worry free

*finding the villa and ‘check in’ was easy, good instructions and easy access

*the villa itself was clean, well maintained, nice big rooms, really comfortable beds. Having access to laundry facilities was a god send when away for nearly 3 weeks. The pool area was nice although we didn’t use it much because we were out at the relevant attractions a lot of the time.

*The local area was good, easy to access shops and local facilities. The theme parks aren’t that far away at all and easy to get to...although Florida traffic was something else sometimes!

Overall the villa was great, the experience was great and we had a wonderful family holiday....
