The 1bed/1bath unit is detached from the main home on the property, located above a two car garage (only used for storage by owner and accessed infrequently) and has one staircase up to the unit (see photos) - there is no elevator.
Concrete counters and butcher block coffee bar in the fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, stove & microwave, Keurig pots & pans, utensils, mugs/cups/plates/bowls, there's even a food processor! The Keurig coffee maker comes with 3 reusable pods for use with loose ground coffee as well.
The bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable bedding, dresser, night stand, large closet and black out curtains on the window.
Living room is equipped with smart TV, comfy couch and even comfier throw blankets!
We provide fast Xfinity WIFI and an Xfinity 'Flex' box where you can sign into your favorite streaming subscriptions! (Just don't forget to log out of your account when you leave.
There is also a separate dining area with large table that can be used for eating or working at!
The only thing missing from this unit is a dishwasher!! But not to worry, there are plenty of storage containers for those leftovers you ordered to avoid doing dishes!
The unit entrance is around the back of the garage and up a flight of stairs. The front door is a locking sliding glass door and has a security bar that can be put in place when inside the unit.
The property has two detached units on it - one is the 1bed/1bath apartment above the garage and the second is a single family home. You are free to roam the backyard but please note that it is shared with another tenant on the property - please be respectful.
In the spring, summer and fall there is outdoor seating on a large slate patio for enjoying the outdoors.
**Please note. We are geared towards renting to guests/tenants for 30+ days at a time but we allow for shorter stays. With that being said, we DO NOT supply coffee, snacks, shampoo, etc. So if that's an issue that will lead to anything less than a 5 Star review, please do not book this unit.
*Max occupancy of 2. Absolutely no animals. We cannot accept animals in this unit - we rent to transplant patients and patients in the area for care/treatments related to cancer, autoimmune issues, etc. so having any kind of animal in the unit compromises our ability to do help those seeking allergen free housing.
*This is a weird one BUT (and speaking of BUTTS)... the plumbing is from the 1930's and Scott's 1-ply toilet paper is all that may be used and flushed down the toilet per recommendations from multiple plumbers. We supply all the TP you could need. There is absolutely no flushing of anything that doesn't come out of your body or off the TP roll EVEN IF IT SAYS FLUSHABLE!!!!
