Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire home including the backyard with the private pool, patio area, and game room. The home is equipped with fast WiFi throughout. There is also a fully stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer, along with dryer sheets, an iron, and an ironing board.

You’ll have access to a 2-car garage, as well as driveway parking space, and safe street parking. The home is fitted with an electronic door lock.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with your check-in code on your arrival.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful to our neighbors by maintaining these hours.
Pets are not allowed in this home. Service animals will need to be approved before arrival.
Smoking is not allowed on the property. This includes marijuana usage. Any evidence is smoking or smell will be subject to a damage assessment.
There are three motion-activated cameras overlooking the driveway and the front door for property security.

Every booked guest is required to sign a rental contract and damage stay waiver via Docusign, which confirms your contractual agreement that you abide by the guest count in your booking and damage/replacement costs for those outside normal wear and tear. We will approve your booking once the contract is signed.

This property cannot be used for the purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
