Welcome to Asbury's Yard! Bring your family to an unforgettable getaway in one of New Jersey's most cherished beaches. Here you will find a backyard like no other, with lots of space for the kids to play as well as the adults, with available activities like basketball, cornhole and more. There are also plenty of space for parking, including a two-car garage. End the day with a nice barbecue underneath the gazebo or go dining in Asbury's downtown, where you will find NJ's finest restaurants.

Walking into the first floor through the open front porch, you will find hardwood floors throughout the living room/dining area. The beautiful kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances complete the layout on the first level. There is also a half bathroom on this floor.
Some of the amenities are PS4 console, cable TV, Asbury Park's monopoly game, books and more.
On the second floor there is a full bathroom with a tub and three bedrooms, including a master with a king size bed.
On the outside you will find an oversized backyard for entertainment as well as a back porch where you can grill a barbecue with your family. Lots of parking space and a two car garage are also available at the property.

Neat spacious home.

Clean and neat. Close to the fun! We could not get the heat comfortable on both the first and second floor simultaneously. Great space easy to find

Great Host

Our host was professional and a great communicator. He answered his calls and texts in a promptly manner. The house was exactly what we needed. We hope to book again soon! Can't wait to come back to NJ.

Rainy vacation

Overall the house is very nice. Very clean and accurate to the description. Close to all the major attractions at the Jersey shore. Right down the street from great Asbury night life even while it was raining.

Needs New Doors!

Overall this house was quite nice with great space! 2 car garage which is why I chose this house was half filled with furniture. However the driveway had ample off street parking. I had an event and had valuable gifts in my car so I wanted it locked in garage but I could only fit 1 car. The neighborhood although 1 mile to the beach was less than expected. The back door was opened when I got there and only stayed shut with use of deadbolt. The front door looked as though it had been broken into and there was a big gap under it I could see straight outside. The owner obviously did a renovation and left new doors out. 3 large bedrooms with comfy beds. Large kitchen living room area. Good open space inside the house.

When I was first introduced to Short Term Rentals and how I could help people have better vacations, I knew I wanted to get involved on it right away. Affiliating my background in Real Estate with my passion for the hospitality industry, I strive to be the best host and provide the best experience for my guests.
I love traveling, food and having a good time with my friends and family. My love for food, by the way, was one of the reasons that brought my attention to Asbury Park, since the city's food scene is one of the most intense in the Jersey Shore.
I truly hope you have the best of time on my house, I've put a lot of work and effort to make sure your experience is unforgettable!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I have purchased this property mainly because of the space. As soon as you arrive, you will find this huge backyard and driveway for 8+ cars. As I love entertaining my friends and family, that was something that brought my attention instantly. When you step foot inside, you will not be disappointed either. You will find a great open concept between the living room, dining area and kitchen, with a beautiful island.
Upstairs, you will find three good sized bedrooms and one full bathroom.
You are in close proximity to Asbury Park's train station and downtown, as well as the beach and boardwalk.

Certainly the backyard! The backyard offers ample space for your kids to play at, family gatherings, barbecues and more! Enjoy and relax underneath our gazebo while you seep into a cold beer!
We also offer a basketball hoop, two bikes for our guests easily get around and corn hole game!
