Cozy up by the electric fireplaces in either of the living rooms and watch favorite TV shows. Cook seaside meals in the upstairs kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, and dine at the four-person table. Or, prepare vacation treats in the downstairs kitchenette and sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for six. The downstairs rental includes a front patio with a bistro table for two.

THINGS TO KNOW
Each of the living rooms includes a queen sofa bed.
The downstairs kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner stove, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
The upstairs and downstairs rentals are connected via an interior staircase and also have separate exterior entrances.
This property has an adjoining, yet separate, third rental Beachrock Perch that may be occupied by other guests or rented by your group.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
