Just two blocks from a large grocery store and many shops/restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the famed Larchmont Village, Hancock Park Manor will greet you with a lovely garden and natural privacy created by lush greenery leading up to the front door. Look across the street and you will see the Cunningham homestead from 'Happy Days!' Step inside, and the contemporary touches, high-end furnishings, high ceilings, and abundance of natural light will allow you to slip right into relaxation mode feeling right at home. When it comes to entertaining the whole gang, the layout of the living room and kitchen is perfect for mingling from room to room as the chef of the group takes advantage of the gas range and stainless steel appliances provided. Kick back on the leather sofa in front of the fire and grab a book from the built-in bookshelf or stream a favorite movie on the mounted flatscreen TV to really chill out. When you need a bit of fresh air, step out of the french doors from the main suite or living area and gather around the firepit in the semicircular outdoor sofa as the sun goes down. Speaking of the primary suite, you can easily snag a bit of alone time and soak in the deep clawfoot tub or rinse off in the steam shower at the end of an exciting day. With so much comfort and style in a perfect location, you won't want to miss this rare opportunity!

The owner regularly stays in their "owner apartment" in the detached garage in the backyard. They also may need to park in the driveway to charge their cars because they both drive Teslas.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
