LIVING AREA

The bright living room serves as the social hub of the home; recline on the chaise lounge chair or kick back on the sofa and watch shows on the TV.

A second living area boasts wall-to-wall windows and includes a sofa, armchair, and rocking chair.

Fix a cup of tea and relax in the den that offers an additional sofa and plush armchair.

KITCHEN & DINING

Sharpen your culinary skills in the well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of all-white appliances. Gather at the four-person dining table for a traditional New England lobster dinner.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a full-size bed and views of the harbor. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

A second bedroom features a full-size bed and water views. The third bedroom has a twin-size bed and an armchair. A second bath provides a walk-in shower.

The fourth guest room, located in the loft, is configured with a full-size bed and a twin-size bed.

OUTDOOR AREA

Take in the fresh air on the large deck overlooking Prospect Harbor. After a fun-filled day, concoct a refreshing beverage and unwind on comfortable outdoor furniture while dinner sizzles on the grill. Cast a line into the harbor from the rocky beach or play yard games on the well-maintained lawn surrounding the property.

This property is pet-friendly. Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

THE LOCATION

Conveniently located just 4 miles from Winter Harbor. Explore the Schoodic Peninsula at low tide and walk along the sandbar to Little Moose Island. Acadia National Park is also just 4 miles away, where you can bike or hike miles of exquisite trails.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
