It's a fairly safe area of town, but it's right off of a busy street (not in a neighborhood at all). We haven't had any trouble with crime, but it also isn't very pedestrian-friendly.

Horrible stay

Stay it was uncomfortable and inconvenient for us. The Shower had mold in it we Had to shower with flip flops on and my kids was there which one is a baby(1 year old) I was very afraid of them getting sick due to all that mold in the bathroom. The description of the house on Vrbo did not describe it been a duplex, Nor did it say we would have to park on the street that the driveway was only for the upstairs rental. Or live in the basement of the house for our stay. I was only refunded $100 which I believe was unfair. We had to live in these conditions like this that was a threat to our livelihood. We was very disappointed, And I did suggest to the host that this property need to be fixed up before renting it out to anyone else.

Bumpy start but a great stay!

Each of the issues were not of the manager or owners doings, they were oversights of their cleaning crew and the person who provided our booking info. The owner/manager corrected the issues immediately. The place is newly renovated and so cute! Attention to detail with their renovations and parking area did not go unnoticed. Would feel safer if there was a security system in place but it seems they are getting around to that as well as a washer and dryer eventually (there are hook ups that are there) there is everything you may need to cook a meal (utensils, spatula, strainer, plates etc) coffee maker! and full size fridge and stove and dishwasher. The TV had Netflix which is awesome. Perfect climate controls in all areas of the home allowed us to feel super comfortable! They provided toilet paper, paper towels and shampoo, shower gel and conditioner which I felt was a very nice touch! The adequate amount of plugs and USB ports was great too! They also provided a complimentary bag of ice. We were super close to arenas as well.

Great stay

Everything was pretty much above and beyond staying here. The neighborhood was kind of sketchy and I had an encounter with a spider and some knats but other than that no complaints I would definitely return.
