Located on the lagoon on the west side of Gulf Shores, Rising Tide is the perfect vacation spot. You'll fall in love with the convenience of the location, away from the crowds but close to all things fun! This three-bedroom home offers all the space and privacy you'll need to accommodate everyone. On the top floor is the spacious main suite with beautiful views looking over the lagoon. The main bathroom is large and offers a walk-in shower. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with a bar and dining area, a living room, and a sunroom with plenty of seating. There is a balcony and a downstairs screened-in porch where you can relax and watch the colorful sunrises and sunsets over the lagoon! There is also a cozy breezeway for additional sitting and relaxing the day away. The extended pier leading to an upstairs sundeck allows for hours of swimming and fishing for all ages. Bring your boat or rent a jet ski and tie up without having to re-launch every day. Rising Tide is just a couple of miles from The Hangout and other favorite restaurants. It is only a short 10-minute walk to the sugar-white Gulf beaches. This property is also pet-friendly, so book now and pack your whole family!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Gulf Shores

The house was more than sufficient for our family of five and our dog. The house was clean. It was wonderful to wake up every morning and sit on the balcony swing overlooking the lagoon. The private dock was awesome. The kitchen was big enough for our needs. It even has a bar area. The downstair's patio area was huge and left a lot of space for our dog, Snowball to roam. It also had a lot of seating and a grill. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the main area. There were nice restaurants just a mile or so away. One thing to know is the fireplace doesn't work, and it is just for show. It was ok. We really did not need it during the time we were there. The beach is close and is walkable, but it was also nice to check out other beaches a little further away. The management was easy to work with. We had a few questions. They were able to help with what we needed. Overall, it was a really wonderful trip, and we would come back again.

Grateful for the space

So much room inside and out. The area underneath was great for the dogs and nice to be away from the wind. The inside was spacious with plenty of beds and baths. Kitchen was great for cooking and the ice maker was perfect.

Very spacious lots of room inside and out!

This house was very spacious and was perfect for my family! We enjoyed lots of time out on the decks and fishing off the private dock! Was a short walk to the beach but very worth the walk for the privacy we had!

Perfect

I absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful, roomy and had a gorgeous view! It was close to town, but didn't feel like it due to having the view of Little Lagoon. The private The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom were amazing. We couldn't get the jets to work on the bathtub, but it was still fun for our little one to play in. The AC worked really well, which was my biggest concern, especially for the upstairs, but it stayed cool even during the warmer parts of the day. I love the balconies on both floors. The dishwasher does leak a little, but nothing major. I like the fact it had a dedicated bar area with an ice maker. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The house had a propane grill downstairs which we utilized just about everyday. There are games and puzzles and plenty of blankets. The bathrooms came fully stocked with towels, rags and hand towels. Plenty of places for clothes both for folded and hanging up. We didn't have a problem with any of the appliances except the small leak with the dishwasher I mentioned. The door to the balcony on the first floor is a little hard to open, but again super minor. Our family loved this house and will definitely book this one again.
