Welcome to Seawind 603, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo nestled on the East End of Gulf Shores, Alabama. With stunning views of the Gulf, modern amenities, and a prime walkable location, this 6th-floor unit offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for up to 9 guests.

Parking Notice: As of March 20, 2025, all parking spots on the 2nd and 3rd floors will be closed starting at 8:00 AM on Monday, March 24th, 2025. The Seawind HOA will reopen spots as work progresses and will provide updates accordingly.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The condo was very cute. Unfortunately, there were multiple times we had cold water for showers. I was disappointed that the pool was never open. I know it was closed 2 weeks prior to our visit because I knew someone who visited. I thought would it would be ready by the time we got there. I would have appreciated an update that it would be closed during our stay by BeachBall. There was construction going on all day in the room next to us. Again, we should have been notified before arrival. We were notified of the parking structure construction.

Great family spring break!

Property was as described, other than the indoor pool being under construction (since January). I wish this was communicated. Otherwise great stay - condo clean and stocked, good location, beautiful beach.

Beach front convenience

The condo is very convenient and nice. It’s located within walking distance of several restaurants, a small market, and of course right on the beach with easy access. Parking was simple and my kids really enjoyed the small bunk bed room. I highly recommend for a wonderful stay on the beach with a great view.

Very nice place to stay, great location, very close to everything. My only complaint is honestly a personal preference but our mattress was way too firm but there are three beds to choose from so you need to do a Goldilocks inspection :-). But it’s a very nice place, right on the beach, short walks to food and entertainment.

Condo was okay, needs a deep cleaning.

Condo was okay. We liked that it was right on the beach and they offered some beach supplies. However, the ice despenser didnt work, dishes in cabinet had old food stuck one them. The walls and doors were filthy. The couch and some pillows had stains. The condo itself needs a good depp cleanimg.

Great place and great location

We had a great time and loved the condo. Not a bad walk to the beach, and all the kids loved the kid pool and splash pad (2y.o.’s favorite). Great location, walking distance to the hang out and other great restaurants. The ONLY downside, there’s only 2 elevators for a pretty big place.

Loved this place

We enjoyed our stay so much at this condo. It was the perfect location. Close to everything. Being able to hit the beach at any time was nice. The only issue we had was other guests not parking correctly.

Great Vacation Spot

This was a great vacation spot! They had a great option to rent beach chairs and accessories at a very reasonable rate. The only reason for the 4 star rating is the condo does need some updates and some items did not work in the condo. We would definitely rent from Beachball again!

Everything we’d hoped for

Condo was amazing! Plenty of space! Excellent location/distance to the beach! We left some beach toys and games behind to pay it forward. There were already some beach toys there! Dave from security made our stay fabulous and elevators were not nearly as bad as other reviews made it seem! My ONLY concern was the mop was moldy and there was no swiffer pad. We tend to do a lot of crock pot meals on vacation and there’s not one available so we went to buy a cheap one at Walmart. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Stay was great. If we have to pay housekeeping charges. Why must we take out the trash. The floors hold to much sand and needs to be just flooring. I don’t think the condo was sweeper that good before we arrived.

Great place. Wonderful access to the beach. Property well maintained and everyone was very friendly. We had an issue with a low battery in the smoke detector. I notified maintenance and the battery was replaced within an hour and then I was sent an email letting me know it was replaced. Great response time and that was the only “issue” if you would even call it that!! We plan to be back next year and hopefully in the same unit, for a longer stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay. One issue you need to know. The bunk beds in the third bedroom sheet's obviously had not been cleaned. Our two girls complained of sand in the beds. We washed them after the first night

We enjoyed our stay here, however, the parking and elevator were awful! We will never stay at this condo again. The elevator took forever, sometimes we had to wait over 30 min to get an elevator. The room was nice, the beds were comfy, but the elevator and parking were awful. The pools were also superrrrr cloudy. Like you couldn’t see your feet in the 2 foot pool.

Great location. Elevators are a pain, slow, Periodically out of order. But it was great that a worker was staffed in the elevator to help limit the break downs. Location is fantastic easy access to food, beach and other miscellaneous items. We were on the 6th floor also easy to use stairs when needed. Condo felt a little dated. It was clean 4star level. The condo is stocked for a long stay. Just be sure to bring all the additional items you need. The property management only supplies a very limited almost inadequate amount of supplies we came prepared but I could see someone being well under prepared. Overall outside of condo, kids pool needs a serious cleaning. All guests were very family friendly and easy to chat with. The beach access is nearby and unlike other cities we’ve visited, this was truly a safe and secure experience. We will be back!!
