The Cozy Cabin

Unwind at our Cozy Cabin located 15 minutes away from downtown Dahlonega and only ten minutes away from its closest winery! While it is close enough to town to be convenient, the cabin is also just far out enough to disconnect. You can spend time playing with provided board games, making s'mores at the fire pit, or simply rock on the porch with a mug of freshly brewed coffee and watch the deer wander through the trees.

Oh, and don’t forget our seasonal Mountain Views in winter!

The space:

Comfy cabin with nature and privacy, but close proximity to downtown and wineries! Best of both worlds!

The home can accommodate up to ten people! The cabin is three stories and has four bedrooms. There is one full bathroom on each level. Two bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and the lower level has one bathroom for two bedrooms. There is a king bed on the main level, a queen bed in the loft bedroom and there are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a full-size bed and the other with two bunk beds for a total of 7 beds!

There is a fire pit located on the property's side yard. It is built into the ground and has seating for 10 guests. The only lighting in this area is lights wrapped around a few trees and a couple of lanterns.

The home also has a screened-in deck in the back to help keep out bugs.

Guest access:

Access to the whole home with the exception of spaces that are locked (eg. shed, storage & utility closet).

Two driveways. Can fit 5-6 cars if parked strategically.

Being a small town, it is easy enough to bike if that interests you, but otherwise, a car will work best. Most places are 5-8 miles away. Local taxis are also available, but services like Uber/Lyft will likely be unavailable.

Other things to note:

Note: Our cabin is surrounded by forest, so it is not uncommon to encounter wildlife, primarily deer, when you are outside. We also want to note that there are bugs, and while we do our best to prevent it via regular pest control, they sneak their way into the cabin.

This property has exterior cameras placed on the front porch (ring doorbell) and in the parking area near the basement door. These do not infringe on guest expectations of privacy and face the street/public areas of the property.

Please be mindful of noise. Our neighbors are permanent residents so it is important to be considerate.

Also, note that the only bedroom that does not require going up or downstairs, with the exception of the porch steps, is the master on the main floor.
