You'll enjoy your very own pool, a soothing spillover spa, and a prime location close to a trolley stop and the many shops and restaurants that line Pine Avenue. This property is also less than 20 miles from a variety of other popular, local attractions including the Anna Maria City Pier, the Riverwalk, Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf, and Emerson Point Preserve.
This home occupies one side of a duplex, with the air-conditioned living space all on the ground floor for ease of access. As you enter, you'll find tile floors throughout, a pair of sofas positioned in front of a flatscreen TV, and a kitchen that's been thoughtfully updated with stainless steel appliances. The six-person dining room is lined with windows, allowing you to sit down for breakfast each morning with a view of the pool terrace. Out front, you'll have access to a gas grill (which is shared with the other side of the duplex); out back on the private, fenced terrace, you'll find your pool, spa, and outdoor seating for lounging and dining. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi throughout the home and an en suite bathroom paired with each of the two bedrooms.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
