"Endless "Summer" is a newly remodeled modern and stylish two story Key West style home, with wrap-around porches on both levels that will accommodate 8 people. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large living room, dining room, full kitchen, central a/c & heat, ceiling fans throughout, trendy coastal decor, WiFi and private pool, "Endless Summer" will be your favorite home-way-from-home while vacationing in Seagrove Beach. On the first floor you'll find an open floor plan with the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This level also has a guest bedroom with a new pillow top mattress queen bed and hall full bath, plus a laundry room equipped with full size high efficiency washer & dryer.

The second level master bedroom has a new pillow top king mattress bed and a full private bath. An additional guest room with a set of bunk beds (twin over twin), plus a new pillow top mattress king bed and private full bath complete this floor.

This comfortably furnished home is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home! For the perfect family vacation, you have a large TV/DVD (Blu-ray) in every bedroom, as well as a 55" TV/DVD (Blu-ray) in the living room. The living room has a large custom sectional so there's room for everyone on movie night. Popcorn and refreshments are close by in the kitchen, which is stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc.. needed to prepare a casual or gourmet meal, using all new stainless steel appliances. Free WiFi on a secure connection is also included

Leave your beach equipment at home - we provide 5 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels, a large cooler and 2 carts to easily transport everything to the beach. The beach is a short sidewalk stroll of about 150 yds.

You're coming for the beach, but after a long day in the sun, look forward to relaxing in your private pool. The pool area has 4 cushioned lounge chairs and umbrellas in case you you need shade and a large picnic table with umbrella. There's a large charcoal grill to cook the fresh fish dad caught (or bought :)).

Seagrove Beach is a sidewalk community that's ideal for jogging and biking and is close to Grayton Beach State Park (3.5 miles), Seaside (3 miles), Rosemary Beach (2 miles), Camp Creek Golf Club (4 miles), Eastern Lake (2 blocks).

Our name "Endless Summer" perfectly depicts this ideal vacation spot.... no matter the time of year it feels like summer, you won't want your vacation to end.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.
