This single-story home features a spacious open floor plan, three comfortable bedrooms, and a fenced-in backyard perfect for relaxation and play. Enjoy easy access to the deeded beach and explore the vibrant 30A scene, making this cottage your ideal home away from home.

Cozy cottage beach getaway

We had a wonderful time! It’s in a great area and not right on top of other houses. The pool was a little on the warmer side but understandable due to Florida heat. Overall great time for a cozy stay. Loved the bikes as well

Wonderful Stay

Everything was clean and the property was great. We enjoyed how easy it was to get to everything from the house and was on a very quiet street. Communication was great and we would recommend this house to all of our family and friends. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Perfect spot to stay with family

We really enjoyed our stay at this sweet cottage! Our children really enjoyed the pool and it felt very private. Easy walk to the beach and quick drive to all activities. Management company was responsive and everything was great. Would definitely book this property again.

Great house, great location

Two couples stayed in this house for 4 nights. The place was perfect for us and would have been perfect with another couple, too. It is super clean, well equipped, and close to the beach. There are 4 bikes that were awesome. The pool was just right. The beach access was an easy 2 minute bike ride and less than 10 minute walk. We cooked for ourselves all but two meals, so can’t comment too much on restaurants but will highly endorse Buddy’s Seafood Market if you’re interred in preparing fresh seafood at home.

Great week at the beach

This was a great house to stay in for our family of four! It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kids loved the pool and it was a relatively quick walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Beach Get Away

Super cute house! Great pool! Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Only two lounge chairs by pool was disappointing as we had four adults. Several times around the pool were loose. Also, second bath was really small.

Perfect Girls Trip

This was such a perfect location for us! We enjoyed how close the cottage is to the beach and to multiple little shops and restaurants! Everything was so clean and cozy!

Great location within walking distance to the beach. Private pool a huge plus. House well maintained and decorated. A few minor maintenance issues but would definitely stay again.

Amazing family vacation!

This house and location is so perfect for a family who wants a private laid back and chill beach vacation. The beach is a super short walk and was never too crowded. The house fits a family of 4 very comfortably and the pool was so nice. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very cute and classy. I would love to stay again!

Property was very clean and was better than advertised. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful. The house has been updated and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor areas were so nice. We are looking to book again!

Such a nice vacation place

House was clean and pretty. Very convenient with equipped ample amount of beach towels and swimming pool toys. A nice stroll distance to beach and quite neighbors. Beach was not crowded and it was swallow enough for kids playing in the water.

Beautifully remodeled beach house

The owners did a wonderful job remodeling this beach house, the beds were comfy, and the house was sparkling clean. My daughter and I really enjoyed the pool. It was by far the prettiest pool we’ve ever had in a rental.

Amazing!

We’ve stayed in numerous rentals in the Destin/30A area over the years, and this was by far the BEST. Beautiful house, perfect location and incredible pool!! We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the property manager was super responsive and the issue was resolved within hours. We will be back next time we vacation in 30A!

This was a wonderful location. Loved the house the pool. The only slip up was we did not receive the door code and had to call in when we arrived to get the information. The only key code we received was for the beach walkway.

Couldn’t be happier!

We were looking for a kid friendly home with a pool and this was a home run! The fenced in back yard kept the little ones from wandering, and I think they spent more time in the pool than anywhere else. The house is in a great neighborhood, and is beautifully updated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for all of our cooking. We will be back again soon!

Great Location - Central to everything

This cottage was in a great location - centrally located to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, etc. Bikes were provided - which was great, but we didn't get to use them. We had breakfast and lunch in most days bc we were working from home during the day. Dinners were all out, which was most appropriate due to the lack of cooking (pots and pans). Do not plan on cooking unless you purchase everything needed, including oil/spices/etc. The cottage was so cute and comfy. Great for a small family.

Wonderful Stay at White's Gulfview

We travel every year to 30A and have stayed in White's Gulfview several times, however this was the first time at this property. It was perfect for our family of four and we had a wonderful week. The house is quiet, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity that we needed. We loved having the pool, as the beach is so crowded this time of year. We brought our bikes and we always ride into the Hub, Rosemary, Alys beach areas for shopping. There are so many local restaurants still open for takeout that we cooked some, got takeout some, and ended up eating out only once at our traditional place, the Donut Hole. From the booking process, to the exit process, it couldn't have been a smoother vacation. Thanks!
