Villa with swimming pool and large opened view

As mentioned we have 4 cats, but you will probably only see 3, the last one lives outside and comes only to eat during the night.

Semi- detached villa on one side. But our garden is South oriented, the neighbour's one is West oriented, so we don't see each other.

Come into our house and you will immediately fell well and warm thanks to the wood all around you and the high ceiling.

Ground floor: opened floor of 110m2, with a living room, opened kitchen, a desk and a first toilet.
The entire floor is opened on the terrasse and garden, ideal during the summer.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: parental bedroom with panoramic view. A king size bed and and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, and one additional also available. A desk and a wardrobe.
Between those 2 rooms you will find a second independent toilet and a bathroom (big bath tub, big shower).

You will go through what we call our bridge to rich the 2 other rooms, on which you could enjoy the view, large opened view to the sea.

Bedroom 3: king size bed, a desk and a dresser
Bedroom 4: nice girly room one single bed. An extra one can be moved from the room 2 to this one if needed. A wardrobe and a desk for kids.
Second bathroom with shower and toilets.

All the bedrooms have AC
The ground floor has cooling floor.

Basement: the laundry room with a second fridge/ freezer, washing machine and dryer.
And a room with two purposes: game room for the kids with a game table (pool, footh table...) and sport room for the adults.

In front of the ground floor, the terrasse is protected by sails and beach umbrella.
Then you have the swimming pool (11*5m), with its immerse beach, and an exterior shower.
Garden house for the kids next to the kitchen, they love having their own space.

At the end of the garden, you have the trampoline, the swings... it's the place from where you can see the neighbour terrasse.

There is also a vegetable garden with strawberries, tomatoes, raspberries and blueberries.

It's a natural garden, it means there is no automatic watering, some parts of the grass can be dry during the summer

Ideal villa for a big family or 2 couples with kids.
Not convenient for babies, they are lots of stairs.
