It's not often that you're two blocks away from (what feels like) everything! But, that's precisely the case with this exceptionally located property in Telluride. You can easily walk to the free gondola, which connects to Mountain Village and Telluride Ski Resort, and stroll to restaurants and shops in town. Hit the grocery store and even Telluride Town Park - you're truly in the center of it all.

Step inside to find a lovely, open-concept floor plan with east-facing windows that give you incredible mountain views and allow tons of natural light to flood the space. You can cozy up by the fireplace, whip up a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, or hunker down on the sofa for some quiet time. However you choose to spend your days here, you'll be glad you're in the center of it all.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
There is noise due to neighboring construction.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cold first night in Telluride

The property could use some updating. The family room furniture was not only very uncomfortable, but also needed some repair. Our heat and hot water went out the first evening we arrived and the gas fireplace would not work. It was extremely cold inside and none of us were able to sleep. We stared calling the emergency number at 5 am. No response except they would pass it on, until the maintenance person showed up around 8:30am. He was fantastic and got someone there to fix it within a few hours. He also brought us space heaters to help warm up the space and fixed the fireplace. We asked for some blankets as none of the beds had them. He said that housekeeping was going to bring some by and also the manager was going to call. Well no blankets came and we never got the follow up phone call we asked for. We love Telluride and had a great time being there. The location of this unit was great.

We will be back!

We come to Telluride every September, and this is our first stay at PW 431-B. The location is veritably 3 blocks from anywhere you want to be. Pros: Great kitchen, den, and deck. Push bottom fire place made for great ambience. Bedrooms/Bathrooms were all adequate and clean. The half bath had a Bidet that would satisfy Zach Galifianakis! Always has a parking spot available close by. Again location was great. Cons: I believe the “details” state two king beds, that is not accurate. The downstairs bedroom is a queen. No matter, it was fine for us. Microwave handle is broken. Drawer handle at desk is broken. The pros way out way the minor cons. If available, we will book this location again. Hope the helps. Mahalo!

Amazing location and lots of space!

The location couldn't be better - it's walkable to everything! The gondala, all of the best restaurants, the bakery, grocery store, main street and Farmer's Market are all only a couple blocks away. The layout is great, the beds are extremely comfortable and there is a great view from the patio! Absolutely booking this place and visiting again!

Absolutely wonderful home

Great balance between "homie" and charming feel and yet practical and well-equipped with all the amenities you need for a week long vacation. The light pours into the family room and the adjacent balcony is perfect for morning coffee. Kitchen is nicer than the pictures suggest. One of the 3 bedrooms is a walk-thru but it's the one with the bunkbeds so realistically this is a perfect home for either 4 adults and 2 kids (2 families) or 1 family traveling with a nanny or older child. Vacasa team was super responsive and parking was readily available on the street 20 yards from our door.
