This beautiful one bedroom apartment is spread over 81 sqm and has capacity for 4 people.
The living room at the unit features a large grey double sofa-bed with light blue cushions, a coffee table, TV unit topped with a smart TV, and modern decorations all over the space. The living room also features a large glass doors giving access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, overlooking the streets of Dubai from above.
Next to the living area is a rectangular wooden dining table with 4 grey chairs, nested next to the open kitchen.
The kitchen at the apartment is neatly organized, and is beautifully equipped with creamy cabinets and counter tops. It is fully inclusive of everything you might need, such as a freezer and refrigerator, cooking basics, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, stove, dishes and silverware, toaster, and coffee maker.

Going inside, you will find the large master bedroom. It comes with a comfortable grey king-size bed dressed with fresh linens, night tables with lights, a built-in wardrobe, and a large window. The glass is covered by light curtains, as well as room-darkening shades - in case you enjoy a gloomy morning. The room has a full private bathroom that includes a bathtub with a curtain glass, a toilet, and a wash basin, and all the amenities you might need during your stay such as cleaning products, conditioner, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.
There is also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment, with a toilet and a wash basin.
The apartment is equipped with WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, a washing machine, and a safe.

Mon Reve is a residential building by Credo Investments in the bustling district of Downtown Dubai. Popular for its freehold residential apartments, the stunning development was completed in 2017. 
The 16-storey tower features lavish furnishings and a welcoming lobby. There are various facilities for residents, including a large swimming pool, kid’s play area, gymnasiums and a tennis court. The building is also equipped with high-speed elevators, CCTV in common areas and security round the clock, and parking spaces for residents.
Major landmarks around the tower include Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, and Burj Khalifa.
The building is located close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard and Financial Centre Road. Dubai Fountain Street and Al Asayel Street can be found in close proximity to Mon Reve.

Public transportation near Mon Reve is easy to access as several bus stops are nearby.

The closest are Empire Heights Towers Bus Station, Burj View Central Tower Bus Station and South Ridge Tower Bus Station. Each of the bus stops can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.

Residents can use Dubai Metro stations to travel to other areas. Business Bay Metro Station is a 9-minute drive away, and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station is a 10-minute drive away from Mon Reve.
