Welcome to Dune Our Thing, located in the fantastic Sanctuary By The Sea! Our condo community is lauded as one of the premier resorts on the exclusive 30A highway just down the road from the Grayton Beach four-corner stop. We invite you to our sprawling 23-acre resort which borders protected coastal dune lake and wildlife preserves for the ultimate beach vacation experience. The resort is one of the few areas that lay claim to a truly private beach as it is on a section of beach surrounded by protected land there are rarely too many people! Sanctuary by the Sea offers on-site beach chairs and umbrellas, and bikes if you choose. Not included with booking, you must book direct with La Dolce Vita. Our beautiful condo sits on the main level of the resort overlooking two of the custom-sculpted pools with waterfalls and fountains along with an oversized hot tub. Outdoor grilling stations and outdoor gas fireplaces are located throughout the common areas for guest enjoyment and relaxation.

'Dune our Thing' is a wide-open 2300 sq ft area with 3 bedrooms all hosting an ensuite bathroom, full luxury kitchen, beverage bar, and ice maker. The outdoor deck spans the length of the condo giving you plenty of balcony space to overlook the pool and take in the sounds of the waterfall just below. Beach views included!

~ Guest Bedroom 1 - King ADA-equipped bedroom and wheelchair compatible bathroom.
~ Guest Bedroom 2 - Custom Bunkbeds sleeping 4 and bathroom with a tub/shower combo single vanity
~ Master Bedroom - King Bed with bathroom including tile stand-alone shower, jetted bathtub, and dual vanity.
~ Kitchen includes high-end Viking appliances and a gas stove for a quick and easy stay-in meal. A second kitchen island also gives ample storage, food prep space, or a great grab-and-go food setup for easy vacation meals.
~ Full beverage bar with all the accouterment for that beachy toast time. Minibar sink, full-size KitchenAid ice maker, wine cooler, and blender.
~ Living area is open to both the dining and kitchen area and also has 2 exits to the expansive poolside balcony.
~ Dining options include both the indoor table and a large 6 seater teak table by the poolside.
~ Half bath and laundry room with front-loading machines are off of the open space kitchen, dining, and living room.

**Complex has extensive front gate security for all the guests and owners, all guests will be required to submit paperwork verifying age, vehicle, number of guests, and personal information for the renting unit. There are underground parking garages that are not designated so it is advised no more than 2 cars be driven to the complex per group of 8.**
**This unit does not provide access to any owners-only areas which includes a fitness room, indoor theatre, virtual golf, etc. Reservations also do not come with any beach chair setups but can be arranged separately with the on-site vendor for a separate cost.**

**Unit is not pet friendly, which per Florida statutes is not inclusive of ESA or therapy animals to be brought to the unit under the disclosure of Service animal. ADA service dogs are only considered in advance with notice and additional information to be issued to the service animal owner as per the policy for Sanctuary by the Sea grounds and amenity limitations. **

**There is no smoking on this property or the poolside porches. Sanctuary by the Sea is considered a smoke-free facility with designated sections within the complex for smoking.**
