Mon mari et moi adorons l'expérience d'être sur 30A. Il est de notre sanctuaire et la maison loin de la maison. Le point de vue ou Sébaste incroyables lac et le golfe du Mexique sont pas comme les autres sur 30A. L'expérience d'avoir un capitaine de bateau privé, vous prendre par bateau ponton de la piscine sur le lac à votre propre plage privée avec un service de plage comprenant 2 chaises et un parasol. Il ya également 2 chaises de plage et un parapluie dans le condo pour votre usage ou vous pouvez louer 2 chaises supplémentaires et un parasol pour 30 $ par jour à travers le service de plage. Le bateau exécute neuf heures-17 heures dans le printemps et l'automne et neuf heures-19 heures en été à Septembre

Cette professionnellement décorée 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains copropriété est l'une des rares unités de trois chambres ou plus étendues dans le complexe de 64 condominiums qui partagent les 14 acres niché le long du lac Big sébaste et le golfe.
Les comptoirs de granit dans toutes les salles de bains et de cuisine, appareils de cuisine améliorés, de moulures et cheminée à gaz, ce magnifique condo offre de nombreux produits de luxe de première classe à mentionner. Détendez-vous par la grande piscine et d'écouter les cascades apaisantes qui mènent aux différents domaines attachés séparés plus petits de la piscine qui sont aménagés avec des palmiers fluides et différentes variantes de feuillage.
Les installations comprennent lacustre quai, une salle d'exercice, accès à la plage cédé, Internet haute vitesse, des sentiers pédestres, et gated community. Pour se rendre à la plage, il est une promenade de cinq à dix minutes en vélo ou faire une promenade relaxante. Si vous désirez un voyage plus unique, faire un tour sur le bateau ponton ou en kayak pour traverser le lac et être sur votre propre plage privée. Beautiful condo! Excellent vacation!!

My family had a wonderful experience and can't wait to return! The condo was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware and the view was amazing!

Stunning place to Stay

Great space. Really big and great for a family. The view is amazing. The boat is such an added value and the private beach is beautiful. The host was responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the property and location on 30a. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed. The boat rides to the beach were easy and fun. We will definitely visit again!

What a beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and very nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. Such a comfortable couch! The pools were beautiful. My teens enjoyed hanging out there while my husband and I loved the beach. We only had one day of rain, but it did help cool off the pool water! Being able to use the umbrella and chairs at the beach was heavenly! The beach was gorgeous. The soft white sands, perfect water temperature and beautiful color of the gulf made every day great!!!! Only suggestion would be to supply beach towels so we didn’t need to bring them from home and a small cooler to take food to the beach. We loved Mimmo’s for dinner and Grace pizza was awesome! I would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends.

Great Family Trip

This was a great stay. The place was perfect for kids. They loved riding the boat to the beach. Condo was clean and spacious. Pools are awesome. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying at this condo, and we would absolutely continue to stay here for future visits. The condo is clean, well-appointed, and the owner is very helpful. We love the amenities here as well- the pool area is spacious with plenty of chairs and a very nice zero entry main pool, the pontoon boat ride over to the beach is easy and convenient, and the beach feels very private. We had a great stay!

Amazing Property

We had a wonderful stay at the Sanctuary at Redfish. Everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was great with the host and she did everything to make our stay an outstanding family experience on 30A. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay!

This was our fourth stay at SAR. It's perfect for our family. This unit in particular is spacious, beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The property is well-maintained and the amenities are easily accessible and convenient including the short boat ride to/from the beach. Looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent!

My family has been vacationing on 30A for almost 10 years and this is one of our most favorite properties. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need AND MORE. Beautiful area, beautiful amenities, and still felt "quieter" even though we stayed during the very busy July 4th week because of the tucked away location. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay!

This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay in this unit and we will definitely be back. We love everything about it! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, the furniture is cozy and the complex is very nice. We had a great time in the heated pool and made s'mores using the fire pit on a chilly February night. The beach area was beautiful as always! Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo!

Best Beach Getaway

We had a great week! The condo is so spacious, and comfortable. We loved condo 2117. We had a great view of the 4 pools, lake and ocean. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. We loved the sectional couch, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day at the beach and pool. We also loved that we could walk to close by restaurants and the creamery! Can’t wait to come back!

Luxury Relaxation

This condo exceeded all expectations. It was roomy and luxurious and had everything in the condo we needed. Extra blankets for chilly evenings … kitchen tools to make breakfasts and lunches … great seating in the balcony to overlook the pools and ocean. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool chairs were waiting for us. We were able to walk to coffee in the mornings and throughly enjoyed all this place had to offer. We will not hesitate to return here.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Mary thank you so much for making this vacation a wonderful one. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. We are very picky about our vacation rentals and we were happy with everything. The boat ride out the the beach was so quick and when we came up to the dunes I was amazed at the stunning view. Absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing. Your condo had everything we needed and we LOVE the location. We will moving to Blue Mountain Beach in a few weeks and could not be more excited. Thanks again for everything.

Wonderful Vacation

This unit was amazing. The view from the porch, you can see the pool, lake, and beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the new L-shaped couch. There were plenty of linens available. The beach chairs were a nice addition so we could relax at the beach with an umbrella. We have stayed at many condos on 30A and this one is by far the best. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will definitely be back.

Thanks for all the great comments about our condo. I never thought I would own a place at the beach but due to the downturn in the economy in the last 6 years my husband and I were able to become owners. I love to cook plus it is so expensive to eat out I wanted to make sure the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. I too have been a guest in other condos with barely the basics to cook. Im so happy you enjoyed your stay and hope you'll consider our place for future visits to 30A

Wonderful Vacation!

My family and I truly enjoyed our week get-away at Sanctuary at Redfish Lake! We have stayed at many condos along 30A throughout the years but this is by far our favorite! The pictures do not do it justice! Along with being beautiful - the condo is also fully appointed. We have never stayed anywhere that the quality of supplies is equal to what we have at home (if not better). The owner is a delight to work with - she attended to our questions & needs both before and during our stay. Captain Bob and Jimmy are wonderful! We plan to come back next year!

Thanks for all the great comments about our condo and the Sanctuary at Redfish. Where else on 30A can you take a pontoon boat driven by Captain Bob for a 5 minute beautiful ride on Redfish Lake to Sanctuary's private beach. My husband and I are very lucky to have our condo and enjoy sharing it.

My husband and I purchased our condo in 2012. We have 3 grown children, 2 grandchildren and live in Atlanta, Georgia

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our condo is one of the few extended or larger 3 bedrooms which gives a much bigger master bedroom and living area. It is located on the second floor right off the elevator. We have a beautiful view of Redfish lake and the gulf. We love Blue Mountain beach the most on the 16 mile stretch of 30 A. It is perfect location to all our favorite restaurants and entertainments spots. Sanctuary at Redfish is minutes from Grayton Beach, Water Color and Seaside. 20 minutes from Rosemary beach and San Destin.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My husband and I love spending mornings by the pool and then when the breeze picks up go to the beach. Then you are ready for early evening walk around Seaside and watch sunset at Bud and Alleys. Stand up paddle surfing is awesome on Redfish lake. And bass fishing is good early morning.
