The house was made out of wood from pine trees, it is recently renovated with full of new furnitures. The bed is located in mezzanine which gives extra space to house and a unique sleeping experience. The bathroom has shower and bath-tub, with hand crafted river stone sink. It also has good looking terrace with a peaceful lake view and it can be instantly converted into a roofed balcony if weather is not ideal. Villa also has a cast iron fireplace for cozy evenings in front of the fire.

There is a quite spacious garden with hammocks and a swing, you can sleep on the hammock while listening to bird sounds and looking at a magnificent lake view from atop a mountain ...
10 min to the lake by car, 15 min to the center of Sapanca, Kartepe ski center is 25 min away.

If requested, homemade organic breakfast with produce from our garden, brought to your villa in the morning.

FYI: heating is with fireplace and electric space heater, so heating may be difficult if it is extremely cold outside.
