Un très bel appartement

Appartement vraiment parfait, très bien équipé et lumineux, situé dans un quartier calme avec des commerces à proximité immédiate, le métro à 10 minutes à pied, et la Gare de Lyon en 25 minutes.

Great Apartment, Great Location

We loved our stay at Lynda's place! After a minor hiccup of checking in (all on our part, no fault on theirs), Lynda and Krimo met us at the apartment. They were very helpful explaining things about the apartment and had the fridge stocked with water and milk. There was a bottle of wine on the table to welcome us. The apartment was very quiet at night and the mattress was really good. My wife commented on the quality sleep she got her first night in country. I fully agreed. Our teen daughter loved her room. The apartment has everything you need. Plenty of cookware, cleaning supplies and appliances (iron, hair dryer, etc) and a washer/dryer unit. In the morning it's nice to wake up, have a Nespresso and watch the street wake up while leaning on the railing and looking out the living room window. Very peaceful. It's a 650 meter (700 yard) walk to the Metro station. The number 6 line takes you right to all you are looking for if it's your first time in Paris. If you've been there before, you know this Metro line is a good one. Really nice and spacious apartment, quiet at night, grocery across the street. Wine, cheese, seafood meat and bakery shops next to reach other and within one block. The neighborhood is safe and the price was great! Oh, and if you hang around the Metro station close by, there are cafes and many other shops in that area, all so close to home! There really is not much more to say. If this place is available, take it! Do it now and thank me later.

Prime Location

Location Location Location. This apartment is a prime location for all access points in Paris. Metro 6 and 8 allowed easy access to many of our sites. The apartment is spacious and offered many comforts of home. Beds are comfortable with plenty of space for dining and hanging out. Woud stay here again!

Fully equipped, comfortable apartment in convenient location for family of 4

When we first arrived in the neighborhood, it seemed sort of out of the way and a bit run down. But once we figured out the Metro we realized we could get anywhere very easily. And once evening time arrived, the neighborhood really opened up. The specific block the apartment is on is not very active, but 2 blocks in almost any direction was lively. We got our breakfast pastries from probably 5 different, close-by boulangeries/patisseries. (The one on the ground floor appears permanently closed.) Having the supermarket Franprix directly across the street was *so* handy. They took credit cards for even the smallest purchase. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 to relax (husband, wife, girls 10 and 14), wifi was great. Laundry was convenient but oh my goodness, it takes a loooong time for a single load to finish; hours upon hours to fully dry. First time for us using an induction stovetop and it was *great*. The kitchen was well, if not abundantly, equipped. We easily prepared a couple dinners at home. Lynda's nephew is the one who met us at the apartment on Day 1 and messaged with us responsively when we had questions. We'd totally come back to this apartment.

This was such a treat! The house was beautiful and had everything you needed for a long stay!

Lynda was so nice and the house had everything you needed for a long stay. We were here with our 9 month old baby and they provided a crib so we didn’t need to bring one which was amazing. There are cafes, bread stores, wine stores and cheese stores right down the street. A grocery store is right across the street that you can get fresh aqueezed orange juice. Thank you!
