What a fabulous apartment, elegant and cosy. Very functional and the location is perfect. A lot of good restaurants around, near famous area of Paris as le jardin du Luxembourg or la cathédrale notre dame. Métro accessible accros the road. Very nice experience in Paris together with my wife and kids. The flat is lovely, very well located near shops, cinema, supermarkets, but specially several Metro lines. Excellent location

Most important for this flat is its excellent location. Saint Germain des Pres is walking distance from nearly everything. For destinations not nearby, the flat is across the street from a Metro station and easy interconnect to the RER and Charles deGaulle. The flat is clean, spacious and quiet.

Perfect Paris Flat

I met my college girl friends in Paris for a 4 day get away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris and this apartment was perfect. Ruth (Frédéric's assistant) met us at our arrival. The apartment was clean and perfect to sleep 4 people. We loved the neighborhood - lots of cute shops, cafes and restaurants - and close to Luxembourg Gardens.Ruth met us the day of our departure and returned the security deposit. I would definitely recommend this flat for anyone going to Paris.

Great 2 bedroom apartment for family of 4. Spacious in size of bedrooms / bathroom / separate toilet / kitchen / living+dining area . Equipped with washer/dryer and dishwasher made our vacation very comfortable . Everything works perfectly during our stay . Location is also a big plus with Metro station and bus stop right at the entrance . Nice neighborhood with small shops / convenient stores to stock up food . Safe with double security doors to enter the apartment . Looking out the windows gives a parisian mood with nice ventilation . Host came to do to check out with no fuss and assisted us with all the transportation information . Definitely top choice for "rive gauche" apartment

Incredible vacation... Best holidays

The apartment was clean, beautifully laid out, had everything we needed. Frederick had even bought milk for my children and left it in the fridge. So so thoughtful and kind. The apartment was close to everything and there was even a great supermarket in front the apartment. It was airy, quiet, and so peaceful. We were minutes away from the sightseeing and shopping centers. I really liked the kitchen and the fact that bathroom was separated for toilet and shower. There were ample linen and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Frederik was available all the time and responded within minutes when I had a question. We will definitely go back again. Thanks

SituĂ© au pied du mĂ©tro St Sulpice, cet appartement bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'un vrai confort pour accueillir une famille Ă  Paris. Il offre luxe, intimitĂ© et proximitĂ© avec Paris et ses incontournables. L'intĂ©rieur est trĂšs classe et en mĂȘme temps fonctionnel et trĂšs bien entretenu. Cet appartement permet de sentir chez soi tout en Ă©tant suffisamment grand pour ne pas se marcher les uns sur les autres. En plein centre de Paris, cet appartement est calme et permet de se reposer aprĂšs une journĂ©e trĂ©pidante et/ou une soirĂ©e chargĂ©e. Son emplacement idĂ©al permet de dĂ©couvrir la vie parisienne aussi bien par ses bistrots, restaurants, musĂ©es, thĂ©Ăątres, librairies et boutiques. Il est au cƓur de la rive gauche (le Bon MarchĂ© est tout proche comme le thĂ©Ăątre de l'OdĂ©on) et Ă  proximitĂ© de la rive droite. AprĂšs un shopping rĂȘvĂ©, Le Flore comme Les deux Magots sont Ă  deux pas et proposent une pause typiquement parisienne. Cet appartement est Ă©galement idĂ©al pour des obligations professionnelles; Montparnasse Ă  proximitĂ©, permet de rejoindre en mĂ©tro les Champs ÉlysĂ©es comme la DĂ©fense ou Neuilly. Il est possible de tout faire Ă  pied, mĂ©tro ou bus sans avoir besoin d'une voiture. Les taxis sont Ă©galement Ă  proximitĂ©. Je recommande sans hĂ©siter cet appartement pour dĂ©couvrir, redĂ©couvrir et profiter de Paris Ă  titre personnel comme professionnel. Il est complĂštement adaptĂ© pour venir en amoureux, en cĂ©libataire et avec des enfants mĂȘme petits. En rĂ©sumĂ©, j'ai vraiment craquĂ© pour cet appartement et je ne peux que vous le conseiller vivement!

VERY CLEAN AND FUNCTIONAL FLAT

?Appartement very clean, all the rooms and bathrooms as well as the towels and linen. The kitchen is complete. Has a washing machine and a dryer which is great for those traveling around Europe. PERFECT LOCATION PERFECT FLAT

The flat is perfectly designed and really spacious. Everything was perfect when we arrive with a fresh bottle of champagne and a list of the good places in the neighborood. The apartment was all you need for a short stay and easily could fit the 5 of us. It was extremely clean and all utilities worked perfectly including the WIFI network. The best part of the apartment is the location itself - you could not wish to be in a better location in Saint Germain des Prés.

BEST PLACE EVER IN SAINT GERMAIN DES PRES

This apartment was an INCREDIBLE PLACE TO STAY. Excellent location, central to several metro stations and close to many restaurants that St Germain is famous for. A typical Parisian style apartment with wonderful facilities which has comfortably accommodated 6 people. Our host was such a pleasure to deal with, extremely accommodating and very helpful in organising our check-in/check out and giving us good tips. I highly recommend this apartment and would not at all hesitate in staying there again.??

An absolute gem in the heart of St Germain area in Paris. If you are looking for a CENTRALLY LOCATED WELL MANAGED APARTMENT, this is it. It is walking distance to everything you will need ( metro stations, groceries, department stores, shops, and great restaurants). WONDERFUL TIME! WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR!

Excellent place to be in Saint Germain des Pres. I have rented several appartments in Saint Germain des Pres and this one is the best I have ever rented. The place is really livy and perfect for a family with the Luxembourg garden and I found everything for me and my kids just below the building (supermarket, good restaurants S tube, bus, ..). The flat is a real luxury appartment, spacious, highly confortable and also quiet, which is very difficult to find in this area. Also the air conditionning system was really useful :-) >

On the whole this is an excellent property. The property is accurately described and the photos are fair. As others have noted the floors squeak, so keep that in mind if you are noise-sensitive. The property is extremely well located near shopping, grocery, restaurants and major tourist attractions. It is delightfully free of traffic noise even though in a bustling area. Communications with the owner Frederic and Eddy, the fellow who let us in, were excellent. Building security is good.While the property is great overall, some things could be better. The heating has no thermostat, you just have to manually adjust knobs on the radiators that are in each room. It looks like the unit may have had forced air or air conditioning at one point (there are wall vents) but these don't work now. Most of the lights in the kitchen ceiling did not work due to some electrical problem that could not be fixed during our stay. Eddy found some table lamps so we could use the kitchen at night. The beds are in good shape, but on the firm side. The apartment is minimally supplied: not enough toilet paper, no paper towels or garbage bags, no wastebaskets except in bath, so plan to run to the store upon arrival. On the whole it's great with some relatively minor considerations to keep in mind.

Property was as pictured.Very nice kitchen and sitting areas. Host was very communicative and always easy to reach. We were a little concerned about one bathroom for two couples but it wasn’t an issue at all. It’s a good sized bathroom and there is a completely separate water closet. Great location near Saint Suplice metro.
