Parisian Pied-a-terre in the heart of the city - Close to everything
This is a very pleasant, bright, airy, 400 sq ft apartment, right in the very heart of the old Paris. Once there, you find yourself a throwaway from Le Louvre, Pont-Neuf, Chatelet-les-Halles, Opera, Notre-Dame, Montorgueil, Le Marais and else. There are numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries, sightseeing spots all around. Albeit lively, the area is very safe and extremely convenient, all you have to do is walk! The apartment itself is very cozy and you will feel right at home! It is easy to fix your meal there thanks to the kitchen and its amenities, or you can take a good rest as everything is there to ensure to maximize your comfort.
One always hears Locations- Location- Location and this VRBO has just that â Great Locationâ Equipped sufficiently and comfortable breeze when windows open. Hot water and fully functional bathroom. Washing machine, dishwasher and small fridge. Loved the local bolongerie & variety of nearby cafe , fruit and vegetable stands, accessible Metro and busses. Louvre and more in walking distance. Walk up may be a consideration for some. Offered a true Parisian experience!
Overall our stay in Paris was great. The location was centrally located with lots of cafes and sites within walkable distance including the Siene, Louve and Notre Dame. The room was exactly what I expected from the pictures. Quiet side street in a bustling neighborhood. 2 of the 3 nights were very quiet and the 3rd was noisy but still ok to sleep. With the instructions given it was easy to access the building and find the room. The only down side I would say is the access to the building is quite run down and dirty. The building is very old so I guess this is expected. Once inside the apartment it was fantastic. Also a close grocery store which was nice to stock up on breakfast food. I would definitely stay here again.
Could not ask for a better location in Paris! Close to Seine, Metro, Marais... many restaurants close by and yet it was very quiet at night. Joseph responded to our many questions VERY quickly. I'd definitely stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped-including champagne! And the shower water was hot! The couch was uncomfortable and Joseph said he planned to replace it, which would be nice since it is the only livingroom furniture. A very nice dining room table and chairs were also provided. 4 flights up was a lot of exercise but manageable. It was lovely.
Great location. Apartment was fine and fair value. Communication with host was excellent. It is well advertised, but must be able to walk up 4 flights of stairs to stay here.
Location is amazing Walkable to major attractions Fabulous produce market on the corner Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants
Communication with host was excellent I would highly recommend this pied a terre
Paris was amazing. I wish this place wouldâve made my stay better but it made it not such a great experience. The apartment itself was very clean. Outside the apartment was the worst condition. Foul smells, dirty carpets, all other apartments under construction. This apartment was on the 4th floor. No elevators. Had to drag all my luggage to the 4th. Floor. Climb steep stairs every time I wanted to back to the apartment (which also deterred me from going back). Apartment itself was hot. No AC. There was 1 fan in the living room which was working but not blowing any air. I contacted the property manager and he told me to contact his associate which I did and he said that he could not do anything about it. Bathroom was dark. Toilet was right next to washer so my right leg was barely fitting to even sit down. Overall, worst VRBO Iâve ever stayed at. No body wash. Not even a bottle of water the guests after they climb 4 long flights of stairs. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The property was better than expected. The location and atmosphere were totally amazing. We could have looked out the windows all day. We felt just a tiny bit Parisian. Would definitely stay there again!
We loved the location of the flat. We were very comfortable in the flat as it had everything we needed. Weâd recommend it highly as the host was terrific and very responsive and thoughtful. The only drawback for some might be the four flights of stairs.
Absolutely loved this cute little apartment! The apartment had everything we needed and was in such an amazing prime location! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on future trips. I had a little trouble getting in due to my own misunderstanding of instructions provided by the host, however, one of the building residents were incredibly helpful in solving my issue without bothering the host.
Amazing location! Walking distance to everything, but on a quieter street. Lovely & bright space. It was perfect for our family of 4. A bit of communication mix-up around arrival and departure, but not a big deal, quickly resolved. It's up 4 flights of stairs, so plan accordingly and pack light enough to get upstairs without elevator. Definitely would choose it again to stay.
Thr flat is perfectly situated for exploring Paris. We had a wonderful time. Communication, check in and check out were easy and well organised! Thanks.
What a great apartment in a great location. The neighborhood was hopping on Friday night with many people enjoying the restaurants and bars. The apartment was just as described and Joe sent a very informative helpful document on the essentials of getting around Paris-that was much appreciated.
After a few slight issues getting in to the place (nothing serious) the stay at this apartment was very smooth.
The place was in a perfect location for the olympics and for getting around in general.
The apartment itself was fine and the appliances etc. made for a comfortable stay.
The pull out couch was not comfortable to sleep on and with it being so hot, we would have appreciated a second fan.
All communication with Joe was clear and he was helpful.
Fit our 4 person family with kids 5 and 8 well. Great location. Direct access to airport from Les Halles RER B. There are stairs so donât plan to go in and out of the apartment all day. Loved Paris and scooting around beautiful buildings.
My wife and I stayed three nights. The Rue Saint Honore is charming, near the Louvre and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed a meal at the Italian restaurant right across the street. The apartmentâs living room was large and comfortable with two big windows that open with a good street view. The bed was just ok - could have used a couple more pillows. Overall clean and in working order. Be prepared to walk up four flights.
Excellent location, great place, minor upgrades would make it exceptional
Overall a lovely stay, room was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and had fans and great WiFi. Only downside was there were ants that seemed to come out of the wall or up the drain in the sink. The couch was old and needs to be updated as well. BUT there were extra sheets (which we covered the couch with, and great duvets and pillows which made it comfortable. Beds were decent, again, made better by the bedding. Overall a really lovely stay. Property manager was easy to reach as well. Check in was a breeze and they were very accommodating with checkout which allowed us time to see Notre Dams! Thank you đ so very much!
No charge for cleaning fee. 3 nights booking get you a complementary bottle of Champagne, on the house. Small amenities are graciously provided, free of charge.
