Very nice house !

Very spatious appartment in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, the metro was right next to the appartment, about 20 mins to get to the center of the city. Only problem was that maintenance work is being done around the block and we could not open the shutters as there were workers and scaffolds all around !All in all a positive experience !

Spacious, good value and location

The apartment was spacious for five people, the location was good near to restaurants and metro. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. He sorted out a transfer taxi from the Gare Du Nord.

Family Christmas Vacation

Overall great experience. Communication was good with property owner. Apt was spacious for a family of 6. We opted for the car service from and to the airport which was exceptional but additional, it was so worth it though. Metro was close and easily accessible. The restaurants and markets near by were a plus.

Good apartment for family in Paris

My husband and two teens stayed for 4 nights in the summer. The apartment is in a family friendly neighborhood about a 20-30 minute metro ride from most tourist attractions. The metro station is steps away. We had an amazing meal at local bistro, Jeanette. It was clean and worked well for us. The owner was very communicative. It is important to note the air conditioner is a unit on the first floor (very common in Europe) and all the bedrooms are on the second floor. Due to construction on the building, the scaffolding prevented much air from circulating upstairs, however each bedroom had a fan, which was helpful. Overall, it worked well for our family.

Had an amazing time easy access to many of the sites Vincent helped us get to Versailles with his driver. Last night found a great little restaurant Cafe Jean close by very friendly try their happy hour!!!

Excelent choice

Everything was great ! The apartment was just fine for 7 guest taking into account that you will be out of the apartment the most part of the day since the only probable disadvantage is that there is only one toilet .

Amazing location. Great host.

Clean and well equipped. Fairly big space. Very close to the metro (less than 2 min walk to station). Close enough to major sites via metro, yet in a neighbourhood where people actually live. Area is beautiful, and close to great food. Would happily stay again. Host was wonderful, and allowed us to drop off our bags a little early. Would recommend.

Convenient for getting around via Metro

The apartment is right next to Ourcq station. Most things we wanted to go to were about 25 minutes away via metro. Clean and as advertised.

Super Clean flat - perfect for a family

We had such a great experience! Our host met us at the flat and checked us in which was such a comfort after a long flight and it being our first visit to Paris. The flat was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. A great location, too. Metro was just around the corner along with plenty of restaurants, patisseries and cafes. Would definitely recommend to other families.

This was our home away from home for our 5 nights in Paris. It is located farther out of the city but it is right around the corner from the metro station. It's on a busy street and the family member who slept on the ground floor had to wear earplugs because of the sidewalk traffic right outside the door. There was some construction on the front of the building going on so the entrance and all windows were covered up with scaffolding and there were workers actively working. I would check with owners about the status of the construction because it did cause a few problems getting in/out of the apartment. The rooms were all large and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were responsive with questions/issues we had during our stay. If you want space to spread out and don't mind a little longer commute to main attractions, then this would be a great place to stay.

Great location

The apartment is lovely and great for our family of 6 adults. Access to the metro is a one minute walk and from there it is easy to reach a wide variety of destinations. Numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance and getting fresh croissants from the local bakery in the morning is a real treat. A small issue with the apartment was dealt with quickly and communications with the owner were always helpful. Overall, a great long weekend - thank you.

Family visit to Paris

It can be hard to find reasonable accommodations for a large family of 6 but this one was perfect! It was actually a lot more spacious than I expected. The owner was help right from the time of booking in arranging a ride from the Train Station and options for rides to attractions around Paris. There are lots of shops and restaurants very near by and you are around the corner from a metro stop as well.

Great modern apartment

Very clean apartment and had great amenities. Driver was excellent! I would advise to use the driver service if coming from train or airport. Sory was an excellent driver and can accommodate a large amount of luggage. Very close to the metro and able to get to main tourist attractions within in 20-30 mins. Highly recommend. Thank you for the great stay!
