Welcome to Beachwalk Apartments on Tybee Island! Sit back and enjoy the easy side of life at Beachwalk 1. This two-bedroom, one-bath apartment is ideally located, just steps from Tybee's main beach.

Apartment #1 is located on the ground level of this historic Tybee building, originally built in 1930. Much has changed over the years, however, it has always maintained the cool, breezy charm both inside and out. The apartments have been expertly refurbished while maintaining the original hardwood floors and beadboard walls. The eclectic Tybee feel can be seen with the fun pops of color in the bright sunny porches and throughout the interiors of the apartments. The building has received the distinction of being on the National Register.

The apartment's living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen is well equipped (no dishwasher), and there is bar seating for 4. Share meals around the table, or play games together on the table with 6 chairs. One bedroom is located off the living room and is furnished with a King bed and 32 in Flat Screen TV. A second bedroom is located off the dining room and is furnished with a King bed and 32-inch flat-screen TV. The attached full bath has a walk-in shower and connects to the kitchen. There is also wireless internet available for your use.

Beachwalk Shared Amenities: There are two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. We ask guests to be considerate of their neighbors and keep to the seating provided by each apartment. An enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower is located on the property, which is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Located in the rear of the building is a laundry room with a free washer and dryer for guests to use during their visit. Please note, that Beachwalk 1 and 2 are designated as pet-friendly.

Located in the South End of Tybee Island, just 5 houses back from the beach and within two blocks of many restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Beachwalk #1 offers two parking places, and many guests will find they never need to move them until the end of their vacation!

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
