The apartment was on the 1st floor of a 3 story building without an elevator where the entire ground floor is parking space with designated parking spots for each apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable since the 2BR were on the opposite side of the apartment and the 2nd BA was next to the smaller 2nd BR. The Master BR had its own BA and a Jacuzzi. There was a balcony with 4 chairs and end tables.
The beds were comfortable and there were extra towels and bedding including nice large beach towels.
There were many issues with the apartment mainly it was not maintained or prepared properly for occupancy. The kitchen faucet was leaking, there was no dishwasher detergent, there were mismatched utensils and there were not enough cups or utensils for 4 adults. One drawer with kitchen towels had a missing knob so it was impossible to use it easily.
The bedrooms and bathrooms needed a fresh coat of paint also the doors needed good cleaning or repainted. The toilets had rust rings and visible deposit of minerals. The showerhead was completely plugged with deposit and the water stream was very weak. The bath towels were mostly old and not white anymore. There were some ants in our bedroom. The safe-deposit box didn’t work and the doors to the balcony would not lock. The TV in the Master BR was missing a cable.
The resort was beautiful with several pools including a lap pool in a lush settings with plenty of recliners and shade. There were tennis, pickleball and half basketball courts. The resort has a beach house about 10 minutes drive or can take a free shuttle. There is a $25 charge for the beach house that goes towards drinks or food. A nice place.
I would like to complement Meli (Melissa Viales) the property manager who was responsive to our requests and on the 3rd day brought a repairman who fixed the kitchen faucet, the showerhead and a cleaning woman who cleaned the toilet in the master BR. She also delivered a set of new utensils, 4 dishwasher pods and the TV cable..
