The Details:
This 4,000 square foot home, featuring five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is perfect for families or groups of friends! Available for both seasonal or longer-term rental, the home is just minutes from downtown Chandler and even closer to golfing & family-friendly attractions.
Stepping into the home, you’ll find relaxing, neutral tones with pops of color added throughout.
The first of three living areas awaits you as you step inside, blending seamlessly with the large dining area, with seating for up to six and a round elegant staircase

Toward the back of the home, overlooking the pool and palm trees in the backyard, you’ll find the kitchen, with travertine floor and granite countertops.In the kitchen, you’ll find just about everything you’ll need to cook full meals, including:
Refrigerator,

Cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses,

The kitchen itself also features two dining areas, including two barstools and an additional dining table with seating for four. And an area for computer desk and printer

The main living area lies just off the kitchen, with a gas fireplace, ( the city may have a no burn ) comfy modern furniture, and a flatscreen 55 inch TV equipped with streaming services from Amazon prime & Leaf

All five bedrooms have plenty of room for everyone, with the master bedroom being the largest of the five and featuring its cal king bed and own en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, his & hers vanities, walk-in closets, and a glass & tile walk-in shower.
