Pour toujours plus de fun, vous pourrez également faire du ski de fond et faire de la luge à proximité. Bad checkin process and no local help

We arrived to our unit and were supposed to be able to access the unit and garage from a lockbox. We could not get it open. Seems like we were given the wrong code. We called Vacasa and they tried to help but only has the same code as us. We were on ther phone with them for over an hour out in the cold Colorado weather.They were in a different country and could not send anyone local. We found and used the backup lockbox and got it open but it only had one one card. This is what we used the entire time. Not ideal for a group of 4 coming off the slopes at different times. We called the manager of the common placeto get extra keys but never got extra keys. We had no hot water the first 2 days. We tried to reach out to Vacasa and finally on our own got a property manger to come up and he fixed it after 2 days of no hot water. Unacceptable. There is no one local that can help or you can contact. And if that is the case than everything should run very smootly, which it did not. We have stayed at the Timbers before and we love the location and property, but we wil not stay in the unit again because of the checkin issues and lack of keysto get in and out of the building.

Very satisfied

It was a very nice condo. It was very convenient to the slopes. Enjoyed our stay and if we had a question Vacasa always responded to my question by text. Great place to stay. Very clean.

WORST VRBO EVER

Arrival: Power went out came back on, all TVs didn't work, called Vacasa Properly MGMT, they said we're sorry, they would ck into it, emailed instructions on trouble shooting, I called again, never heard back, 3 hours later TVs worked, NO Access Card to covered garage parking, No access Card to door that led to bridge towards Keystone village, called Vacasa again, same story, "So sorry" Received Access cards Day 2 @ 4ishpm, NO HOT WATER for showers for 4 days COLD SHOWERS, Luke tech came out Day 2, we checked hot water came on, then Day 3, NO HOT WATER! Luke had given us his cell, I called Vacasa again, no one came out, text & called Luke again, Day 3 around 7pm, he texted he would check with someone, told us showers by pool had hot water, called Vacasa, again They were sorry & report it. Spent all together close to 4 hours on phone to Vacasa, No information regarding pool or hot tub!! What was supposed to be a relaxing girl's trip, best friend flew up from Texas, was stressful, never experienced such HORRIBLE VRBO Treatment!!! Will never stay with property Management that is named Vacasa!!!

Perfect Getaway

I loved the secluded location hidden behind the Colorado trees. Very quiet and absolutely beautiful. Perfect size, quiet, clean getaway. French doors opened to a balcony in the master bedroom and living room. Amazing view!! I attended a Fire Conference and will attend again in 2024 and if this space is available will book again.
