Ce condo penthouse de 3 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bains de 1 690 pieds carrés peut accueillir huit personnes et dispose de plafonds voûtés, de deux chambres à coucher principales et d'une cuisine surclassée. Le grand balcon offre une vue imprenable sur la piste de ski, ce qui vous permet de voir les skieurs et les snowboarders descendre la montagne. Profitez du luxe de ce complexe skis aux pieds.

L'entrée a monté des crochets et un banc pour votre commodité en allant et venant tout au long de la journée. Le salon dispose de plafonds voûtés et une belle, du sol au plafond, foyer au gaz de pierre et une grande télévision à écran plat. Le canapé sort dans un lit queen-size. Des draps et des couvertures supplémentaires sont dans un placard. Le balcon privé est accessible par le salon et offre de superbes vues sur les pistes de ski.

La cuisine pleine grandeur est équipée de tous les ustensiles de cuisine et de la vaisselle essentiels pour préparer un repas loin de la maison et comprend des planchers en ardoise, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement huit autour d'une table en bois magnifique et il y a trois siÚges supplémentaires au bar du petit déjeuner. La premiÚre des trois salles de bains est juste au bout du couloir et dispose d'un lavabo unique et une douche de plain-pied. C'est aussi l'emplacement de la laveuse et sécheuse privée. Pour votre commodité, le détergent est fourni. Toutes les salles de bains sont approvisionnées avec des serviettes et un approvisionnement initial d'articles de toilette.

Il y a deux chambres à coucher principales. Chacune dispose d'un lit king-size avec une literie blanche ivoire, d'une télévision à écran plat et de leur propre entrée sur le balcon. Une salle de bains dispose de deux lavabos séparés, un bain à remous et une douche de plain-pied surdimensionné. Les autres caractéristiques des lavabos doubles, un bain à remous et une douche de plain-pied. La chambre d'hÎtes dispose d'un lit queen-size avec literie blanche ivoire, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une entrée sur le balcon.

The condo was perfect size & space for our group. We had seven people. The property itself could maybe use some deep cleaning but overall it was acceptable & OK. There were a few things that needed to be fixed such as the threshold going from the hallway to one of the bedrooms was missing. The carpet could be replaced & is showing its age. Those minor things did not change my overall mind about staying there. The condo unit and the unit itself used high-quality materials when it was built . It’s just starting to show its age a little. I would suggest bringing shampoo, conditioner, soap, as we ran out of the provided ones in a couple days. The communication with the management &/or owners was great. I would stay at this rental again & overall was pleased. Thank you!

All we hoped for.

For ski in/ski out in Keystone, this place was all we hoped for. It had view of ski hill, spacious 3 bed / 3 bath, easy walk out front of building to ski run and to gondola (about 1 block length). Will stay here again.

Family Trip

Perfect location, beautiful home, everything we needed for a lovely family trip to Summit County. You can only park 1 car, but we got around that by using the public lot during the day and paying for extra parking at another condo complex which we had to bike to or be dropped off at, which was an easy thing to do for us.

Great Location

This was our 3rd stay in these units. You can't beat the location, just put your gear on and walk/ski right out to the lift.My only complaints about this unit were the cleanliness and water pressure. I value good water pressure and this unit doesn't have it at all. Perhaps it is something as simple as replacing the shower heads, but the master shower is huge and the stream of water coming out of the shower head was just sad. After a cold day of skiing, I would have liked to gotten a nice steamy shower with good water pressure.The other things were related to random stains on sheets to hair balls in the showers/tubs. These are not deal-breakers at all, especially since I could go downstairs and pop my gear on and just go!

It is spacious, well maintained, fully furnished, ample bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen and great room, and two patios. The vaulted ceilings really open the place and the views are fantastic. Perfect for 6 adults. Nice building and close to everything in River Run.

Sweet but too short

The place was very nice. Walked in and it was 90 degrees, but that was random. The beds were not very comfortable, but good enough. The main issue was that we only stayed one day which isn’t a day. I would not recommend it for only one night. Check in is at 4 and checkout is at 10, so that doesn’t leave much time to utilize the ski-in/ ski-out. That said, I will definitely be coming back for a longer period of time to maximize its location and convenience ; it’s literally at the base of the gondola lift.

Hence the issues with hot water, heat , and elevator. Requested a portable heater and 2 were promptly delivered, but be ready for these issues that happen more than you would expect.

The two masters are on separate sides of condo, so lots of privacy. There was a third, smaller bedroom, which we did not use. Lone Eagle is very short walk to the village center (just as convenient as units described being IN the center) Summit Country Mountain Retreats easy to work with. The unit could a bit of updating (pillows, linens, etc)...but overall everything was great.

There were a few minor issues that needed attention. The showers didn't drain well and water would collect in the bottom almost to the point of overflowing. Also, the elevators weren't working a few times during our stay and that was a real inconvenience. Other than that, we absolutely enjoyed our visit!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all 10am is way to early for check out time, even the hotels have a later check out time. Our ski locker was broken and would not lock so we couldn't leave our belongings in it. I called and spoke to Devon but never heard back. Not helpful at all. The condo itself is run down needs to be updated. The furniture is in bad shape ( table, tv cabinet ) I don't thinkwe will be staying here again.

Family Ski Reunion 3/16-22/2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect condo for a large family having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and being ski in/out. We had 7 adults and it worked very well for us. Since it was on the slopes we ate most all our meals in the condo. The one major complaint is that while the stove top has an exhaust hood, the fan has been removed. As a result we set off the fire/smoke detector 3 times with just normal frypan cooking on the stove. This is both an annoyance and a safety hazard that needs to be fixed. The only other issue is the parking situation - only one car per unit with extra parking some ways away. Other than that our stay was perfect, property management was very responsive to our few requests and we definitely would return to this unit.

Stuck in Elevator-multiple elevator issues

The condo and location were great! However, we were on the 5th floor and there were constant elevator issues. There were several days when the elevator was completely not working for hours which caused major inconveniences to my family. My husband had to leave early one morning for a flight and had to carry all his luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The next day, while the elevator was working we thought it would be a good time to take the trash out, well we got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes until the fire department came to open the doors. My mother was with us and she recently had hip surgery, so she had to limit her trips going up and down stairs. We paid way too much for it to break and then we actually were stuck in it. The company should give us a discount for all the inconveniences and worry this caused us.

It is the location of this condo that makes it epic, along with the fact it has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom....a huge win!! The HUGE downside is the condo is on the 5th floor and there basically is NO ELEVATOR! Review after review for months and months and months mentions this broken elevator. A couple weeks prior to arriving, we were informed it was not working. It appears it may never be fixed, at least anytime soon (within the next year!) 5 flights of stairs in a high-altitude climate, hauling ski gear, groceries, etc., is definitely NOT ideal. After a while it gets very old! Even if and when it does get fixed, one elevator for a huge building like that is not enough. This is no fault of the condo owners, but the builder, but still, you need to prepare that the ELEVATOR WILL NOT BE WORKING AT ALL THE ENTIRE STAY! If you are not prepared to get in a great workout every day, book on a much lower floor!!

Best Location in River Run

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at Lone Eagle. Last year we were one floor down, directly under 3052. The vaulted ceilings added to the over feel of the space. The reasons that I gave 4 stars on the question about the property’s general condition are: 1) The range light and fan shorted out at the beginning of our stay. We called SCMR and they sent a repair man. After two attempts he had the light working but not the fan. I think he was waiting for a part but we never heard from him after that. 2) The furniture is in rough shape. The wood tables are scratched and dented and the cloth couches are dirty. Also, the throw pillows and blankets are very worn out (missing buttons, holes, etc.) In some ways it made our stay more relaxing because we didn’t have to be uptight about ruining anything. 3) The two balconies have pigeons nesting above them. They have created quite a mess of poop. We tried sweeping it but that didn’t help. It made using the balconies undesirable. We were a little surprised that SCMR hadn’t taken care of this before our arrival.All this being said, none of it was a game changer and we would definitely stay again.
