Bright and brand new, Bluebonnet by the Sea is a gorgeous home in the Arborgate community at Perdido Key! This three-story gem includes three spacious patios, eco-friendly furniture, stunning views, and a quiet setting by the bay. Enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air and plan out a full day of fun for the whole family. When everyone wakes up, fill up on a delicious breakfast prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Complete with bar seating, granite countertops, and an expansive island, this kitchen is a chef's dream! When you return from a perfect day on the warm sand nearby, enjoy endless entertainment with five flat-screen televisions, two DVD players, Netflix streaming, and free DVD rentals.

This breathtaking home accommodates up to fourteen guests comfortably, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed in one guest bedroom, a king-size bed in an additional guest bedroom, along with two twin-over-full bunks and one twin-over-twin bunk in the additional bedroom. The first floor features the kitchen, living room and dining area along with plenty of storage space, a half bathroom, and a single-car garage. Take the stairs up to the second floor which hosts the primary bedroom and bathroom, two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom, and a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer combination. The spacious primary bedroom includes a covered patio for those gorgeous views and leads into the main bathroom, which features a double vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. Continue up the stairs to the third floor and you will find a gallery suite and loft combination along with the fourth bathroom and an additional covered patio.

For a day in the sunshine, head over to Perdido Beach, Perdido Key State Park, or Big Lagoon State Park all offering great fishing, swimming, and hiking within a few miles from home base. When everyone works up an appetite, Shrimp Basket Perdido Key and Lillian’s Pan Pizza are two local favorite restaurants to order out a bit of seafood or pizza!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
