A Spanish Eclectic home with 4 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The first floor has a bedroom with a Full sized bed and a comfy sleeper sofa in the family room. There are also spacious bedrooms on both the 2nd and the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor, the Primary Bedroom has a King sized bed as well as a sleeper for keeping children close-by. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, separate shower and double vanities. It also offers a private balcony with Western views facing Ole River and Ono Island. Bedroom 2 also has a King sized bed and a sleeper for a child or a teen. Bedroom 3 has 2 full sized bunk beds. The 3rd floor also offers a sleeping nook with a daybed and trundle.
The first floor is a terrific, open floorplan with a dream kitchen, large island, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, modern appliances and plenty of seating for dining or board games. There is a large television in the family room and also televisions in every bedroom. Bring your game console to play games after a day of fun in the sun.
Don't forget there is a neighborhood pool for when you are finished with the beach for the day. The beach is only a couple of minutes down the sidewalk. It's 3/4 mile to Public Beach Access #1 with convenient restrooms and a shower, close enough to run back to the house if you forget your sunscreen. Arborgate is in the heart of Perdido Key and just around the corner from some very popular restaurants with spectacular sunset views. There is a public kayak launch across River Road and boat rentals available at Holiday Harbor. The Gate-Away is located between Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach so great shopping, an outlet mall and even more restaurants and great attractions are a short drive away. PKRM offers guests complimentary excursions to add value to your vacation. Be sure to check out Perdido Keys2Fun for greens fees at Lost Key Golf Course, Dolphin Cruising, Deep Sea Fishing and tickets to OWA Amusement Park for the kids (or the Big Kids). Be sure to check The Wharf's and OWA's schedules to see what shows or concerts might be scheduled while you are in Perdido Key.

The house was as described and provided a comfortable stay for a great week! It was close to anything we needed and had family friendly attractions nearby in addition to the beach such as the Naval Aviation Museum and Orange Beach is also a short drive away. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Work getaway!

We enjoyed the beach house and it was exactly how described in the listing! We had room for all our guests and enjoyed the rooms being spread out. We had 3 massive balconies and enjoyed the pool. The BBQ pit had no propane and bring spices, salt, etc. The floors were dirty and the couches were dirty too, but we aren’t real picky and think it was a great property for the money.

Great family getaway

Our large family had a great vacation! The home was nicely furnished and the pictures were accurate. We definitely enjoyed the beach, it was not crowded at all! :) The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a great experience!! The management company responded quickly when contacted.

Large Group

Great house for a large group, only thing i would say is that i wish there would have been a full bath for the downstairs couple instead and having to go to another room to shower. The stove was a bit tricky also. Pool and beach were close by which was great.

Nice place…good response time

There was an issue with the refrigerator when we got there on Sunday. I sent them a text Sunday night and they responded night away on Monday morning. The issue was resolved in good time and we enjoyed our stay. It is a short ride, even walkable, to the beach and out of the way from all the traffic. The swimming pool was well maintained also. Would recommend for any family get together.

Nice home.. Cleaning crew needs work.

Overall, we had a great vacation. Some things need addressed. When we arrived at the vacation home it had been poorly cleaned. There were toys and Legos under the coffee table, trash under the couch and Pepsi cans on the balcony. We all had dirty feet from walking around on the floor. The refrigerator struggled to get back to a cold setting. Therefore, we couldn't get groceries night one or morning of day two. The house does look exactly like stated. It's a cute home, close to the beach with a well kept community pool. I would stay in the area again, just not this specific home.

The property was nice

This is a nice property for a large family. However, there are somethings that needs to be addressed. Pulling up to the property, we thought it was beautiful. Although as soon as we opened the door we noticed that the living room furniture was noticeably dirty. They need to invest in new couches asap. The exhaust fan over the stove was leaking. We called the property management and they came out right away. However whatever they did, didn't work because it continued to leak which made us unable to cook. The other furniture in the house was fine. It's very spacious and plenty of room to sleep. All the beds were really comfy except for the bunk beds. All the rooms have tv's except the one downstairs. Overall it was a decent stay but I would probably choose a different house in that neighborhood.
