Dressed in classic ski decor, this home has lots of space for your family to move around in, and you'll love throwing yourself into a comfortable living room sofa to enjoy a good ballgame on the TV or a favorite mystery novel with a glass of wine while the kids amuse themselves down at the community game room. Whenever you need a break from the fantastic winter slopes, give yourself a little personal time at the shared gym or sauna, and let the shared hot tub relax your tired muscles while you catch up with old friends. The suite's well-equipped kitchen will make every meal a joy to prepare, and the dishwasher will knock out those dirty dishes while you serve your dinner guests at the handsome dining table.

What's nearby:
While Steamboat Ski Resort will satisfy the dreams of any winter enthusiast, summer guests have plenty to look forward to as well. Be sure to visit Fish Creek Falls, just five-and-a-half miles northeast, with spectacular hiking trails that lead to a 280-foot waterfall. Get acquainted with the area with a trip to The Tread of Pioneers Museum, three miles north. Check out work from regional artists when you visit Steamboat Art Museum, just a few blocks from the pioneer museum.

THINGS TO KNOW
The outdoor pool complex, including the hot tubs, will be under construction from April 10, 2023, until July 2023 and will not be available during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
