Enviably located within walking distance of Steamboat Ski Resort's base area, this two-story condo in Steamboat Springs gives you a beautiful view of the mountains and treetops. On the grounds of the complex, enjoy access to a swimming pool and a hot tub to soothe your tired muscles at the end of each day.

This two-bedroom condo is a wonderful home base for winter sports enthusiasts, as you can walk your skis across Ski Trail Lane then ski less than half a mile to reach the base. You can also walk to a number of restaurants and apres-ski spots around the base area, the Yampa River Core Trail, other hiking trails, and the renowned Strings Music Festival, among other activities and events.

The condo's modern interior has been beautifully decorated in soft neutrals. The main living space includes a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for three, and a sunken living and dining area. There's a stately dining room table with leather seating, an adjacent living room with a gas fireplace and a cable TV, and two sets of sliding glass doors that connect to the spacious balcony overlooking the mountains. Another patio awaits downstairs, accessed via the guest bedroom suite that occupies the entire lower floor.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
